Fantastic experience: Great gym plenty of personal trainers available if that's your thing otherwise they have a good selection of machines and weights. Always kept very clean. The senior social class with John is friendly and inviting, the senior strong with Daniel is a great class to get a bit more strength training in, and the abdominal blast with Austin is challenging and I've noticed a bit more core strength in just a couple of weeks be prepared to sweat though. There is a step cardio class taught by Trent that is fantastic in the evenings M-W-F.

Fantastic experience: I joined about 9 months ago saw the gym decline, but a new manager and new helpful staff has made a big difference, specifically new equipment, clean bathrooms, and new attitude from front desk staff. Also, the classes that Trent teaches are high energy and now offered on Saturday at 9:30 am.

Fantastic experience: Great personal service, very clean, has disinfectant to wipe down machines and easy-going friendly atmosphere. I get a great workout whether spin class, ab, HIIT, weights and I'm trying Zumba next!

Fantastic experience: This is a great workout place. Not overcrowded, friendly staff, great trainers, juice bar with all the organics and protein drinks. The people working out there are there to work out and are friendly - not creepy friendly!
