Jason & Dan teach her the correct way to punch, pivot, throw jabs and even jump rope! They are just amazing, and has given my girl that extra boost and confidence, and a great workout at the same time!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym!! An avid crossfitter, I was not sure if this would be a workout, mostly tried it since it was something different. Tried my free class and signed up immediately. Definitely targeted muscles I have never used before. The owner is super nice, the class instructor is an amazing coach. Unfortunately, boxing exacts a toll on joints more than even Olympic weightlifting does. The spirit was willing but the body was old and previously broken. They were super nice about cancelling my membership. No hassles or fine print. I felt bad about cancelling so early in my boxing training but they were understanding, even offering some classes to work around my injures without pressuring me to keep the membership. I will be back as soon as i recover.

Fantastic experience: I met Wayne in 2008 when someone told me a world famous fighter was teaching a boxing class in my neighborhood. Wayne not only taught me how to throw a punch but how to take a punch, a lesson that has served me well in life! We all experience those punches, but it's how we respond and keep moving forward-never turning our backs. Wayne is more than a coach, he mentors men, women, and children of all ages, social status, and education how to train with honor, determination, respect, discipline and courage through the sports of Boxing and Muay Thai.
