Great gym! Helpful staff. Clean. My only complaint is that when you tan, the rooms don't seem to have enough ventilation and it gets soooo hot in the tanning rooms.

Awesome variety of machines and workout equipment, children's lounges so you don't have to find a babysitter, classes (both with groups and virtual individual classes), and great pricing!

It's been a couple of years since I've been there, And I had a dispute with one of their old managers, but I'm going to give them five stars because not only did they have some of the best facilities in the area, they also went above and beyond to resolve the dispute that I had. I would recommend this gym for anybody in the area.

Good amount of equipment. They also have a female only side and a kids room with a tv, bathrooms, tanning beds, and hydro massage beds in both sections. They can also refer you to personal trainers which are affordable and do a great job explaining the equipment and provide informative and tailored workouts.

I’ve been a member for a couple of years now. The gym is amazing. The equipment is state of the art. The facility is always clean. The staff is accommodating for the most part. One of the afternoon class instructors is abrasive to the patrons outside of her class. With the exception of this class leader, I’d recommend this gym to anyone. The other members are very courteous. Even during busy hours I find a workout completely doable.

I absolutely LOVE this gym! Never usually packed, the people that work there are extremely friendly.

Just joined two weeks ago and I'm loving it! Free weights and all kinds of machines pretty new, tanning and recovery beds. Just plain Awesome.

I did the HydroMassage install here Michaela and Mr. Jay were awesome.

It was amazing went as a guest with my cousin and had a great time also we worked it pretty good.

Like it there nice clean atmosphere, lots of exercise equipment good price for membership.

This gym is really nice. The parking lot is a little small, but the inside of the gym is huge. All the equipment is in great shape. I've only talked with one employee when I signed up, and they were friendly.

New spot is amazing. The equipment is all pretty amazing. The whole place is lit up super bright, the music is loud enough to be heard if you don’t have head phones but won’t ruin your own music if you do. Plenty of weights for whatever you could want to do. The staff is super friendly. The amount of different machines they have is pretty cool. Really should be able to find something that suits you. My only complaint is the limited amount of barbell benches. Currently they have 1 flat 1 incline and 1 decline. They have a ton of fully adjustable free weight benches so you can still lift if it’s a little busier but that’s pretty limited. I really hope they plan on adding at least one more flat bench.

This morning was great got a nice cardio work out in this is a great gym and I sure will be back tomorrow morning #well worth my money
