Positive experience: They had a lot more yoga classes at times that were convenient to a person with a 8:30-5 job before. Wish they’d bring those back. Clean, tons of machines, friendly staff, just disappointed since half the reason for joining was the class schedule.

Positive experience: Would have gave them five stars but I have to go all the way to another location just to use the sauna room and just to use a massage chair because this location only has one chair.... so it's kind of pointless going to this gym location due to the fact they don't even have all the amenities that you signed up for. Anybody else wondering when they're going to finish building what we are paying for?

Fantastic experience: The yoga sculpt/ vinyasa classes are unique. I haven’t found anything similar. Justyn knows how to help everyone at every ability level, from beginner to advanced. These classes are the only reason I decided to get a membership here instead of sticking to my other yoga studio.

Fantastic experience: I just found this gym and I can’t wait to start going!! From the outside I was a little nervous, but on the inside you can find that it is filled with all different stages of lifting. I did legs and shoulders here and I loved them! The outline of the gym is very nice! I can tell the staff works very hard to keep it clean and running. After getting to know the personal trainer I have to recommend this gym when you are just starting out, they’ll get you on the right path! Fantastic experience: This is a hidden gem Idk why i never seen or heard of this place before, but daaaamn I sure am Happy I Found this place. the people at the front desk are always happy and give you a big smile when you walk in. Trainers are great, lots of experienced trainers. Highly recommend this place, for only $20 a month it's a steal!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this ZONE location for approximately a year and a half. During my time here we have had two previous General Managers. I’m writing this review to acknowledge the current General Manager Michael and his outstanding staff. Payton, Eric, Jayme and the remainder of Michael’s staff. I have enjoyed this gym in the past, but Michael and his supporting staff make this gym a place that you want to be apart of. These guys (ladies) are professional, very friendly and genuinely go that extra mile to assist us (members) in getting the most of your workout! I love their theme dates, (Halloween, Breast Cancer, etc.) Michael has made this place a welcoming, interesting, helpful and very clean business! I’m hoping that we get to keep Michael and this staff for many years to come. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked in the doors they greeted me with laughter and love not knowing I suffered a traumatic loss. They treated me like family in the days I was visiting as a guest. If you are visiting or looking for a new gym I would recommend this to everyone. This will be my to go to gym every time I visit Colorado. The staff are AMAZING and Very Very clean gym

Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the nicest, cleanest and most organized gyms I've ever been to. The space is huge and all of the machines and equipment are brand new. They have tons of squat racks, dumbells, cardio, etc. Never have to wait for a machine! Staff is extremely friendly, and all the personal trainers have been helpful throughout my experience here.

Fantastic experience: The prices are cheap for the amount of equipment and space the gym has. The staff is friendly as well as knowledgable. The gym stays clean and sanitized as they keep bottles of fresh sanitizer solution available for everyone to use as they workout. I would highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Member for well over a year and I have no complaints. Large and open, very well equipped, super clean and new. Staff is typically friendly, management seems to try hard. Hours were recently extended and are now ideal. Oh, its also super affordable and i dont think ive ever seen it crowded, ever.

Fantastic experience: I love the gym and the environment Derek one of the trainers seen i was struggling with my over head movement and came over and helped me correct the movement. He helped explain it in a way i could underatand. Personally i prefer this gym over other gyms in the area and trust me ive been to them all. Equipment is nice and always a squat rack free which is important to me.

Fantastic experience: I first found out about Zone Athletic Club on facebook as it popped up in the ads section which was such a perfect time since I was trying to switch to a new gym and start 2020 strong. First, I was so hesitant because I wasn't familiar with the name at all, nevertheless, I decided to check the gym out as it's super close to my house. After I saw the (unfinished) gym, it looked somewhat promising to me. So I signed up right away and thought to myself that it'd better be a good gamble (if not, then it will be a sunk cost for me). It's been a little over a month since I started out with this gym and I have to admit that Zone is by far the best gym that I've ever joined! The facility itself provides me a good atmosphere to workout, the machines are brand new, and the classes are awesome. What I love the most is the TV screen that displays your progress, for example, the heart rate, the calories you burn, and the zone color you're in. This is such a great way to track my progress and I am able to see if I actually put the best effort on my workout. Also, the MyZone app allows me to review my workout and network with my fellow members. At last but not least, the staffs, which is one of the most important thing you would expect from a gym, are fantastic and professional! They always do their best to address the questions I have either with the gym or the classes. Scott is absolutely an excellent instructor! He often motivates me to push harder during the BURN class, guides me through the whole session, and comes up with different sets of workouts, so we all don't get bored (despite the fact that all of them are extremely intense lol). He is very patient with me and willing to suggest some alternative moves to match my pace since I am not that athletic and not used to any sort of interval training. Overall, I think my investment on this gym is totally paid off this time and I am looking forward to exercising more at this gym and meeting my fitness goal. Zone definitely offers me such a wonderful fitness experience and I can, without a doubt, say that I LOVE MY GYM (for the first time in my life).

Fantastic experience: Such a gorgeous facility and the staff is AMAZING. Truly care about what they do and their members. Ryan, the general manager, is awesome and Justyn, one of the yoga instructors, is so so good. Such a great facility and team and they make you feel at home. 10/10 would recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I live down the street from zone and once gyms opened back up I needed a new spot so I thought I'd check it out. Ryan greeted me as I walked through the door and was extremely helpful in figuring out what my goals were and how zone fitness could help. This gym is exceptionally clean and well maintained and has absolutely every piece of equipment you need to reach any fitness goal you may have. They also have a full staff of 1 on 1 trainers and group fitness to help you step it up a notch. Very affordable, very awesome, thank you Ryan and zone fitness!

Fantastic experience: I'm in my 60's and I've belonged to workout facilities in Denver my entire adult life. I am currently driving a long way to get to this facility, and this review should explain why I'm doing so. First, this is a great facility - and especially so during this pandemic. It's a physically large space (they took over the space that used to be a supermarket) and it opened just before all the craziness hit in 2020. As a result, they don't have a huge membership count and I can feel comfortable getting in my workouts with lots of social distance. They adhere to strict guidelines, taking temperatures as people arrive, requiring everyone to wear a mask and bring their own towel, and watching the number of people coming in to assure they aren't having more than they're allowed. In addition to a massive cardio area and an equally huge weight area, they've got separate rooms for high-intensity workouts and yoga, and a basketball court as well. They still have some unfinished space for further expansion, so even once the pandemic is over, they plan to build out additional areas. As a new facility, the machines are all new or new-ish and they are all wiped down after each use. Beyond the advantages of the facility during the pandemic and the quality of the space and the equipment, the trainers are great and the few people working out when I am (in the morning) are all committed to their workout regimens, which helps keep me on track with my own. The pricing is quite reasonable.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with great people. When I arrive its nothing but positive energy. I visit frequently and not once have I not been greeted or told to have a good workout. Its a pretty large place so Ive always been able to use the equipment I need when I need it. I ty to take full advantage of my membership so I hit up their classes pretty heavily including their HIIT, Sports, Burn and Boxing classes. They're all fun and great workouts suited for anyone since you generally work as hard as you are capable. I feel comfortable here because there are people of all fitness levels and the people at Zone create an environment of non-judgement and the idea that every one is working toward the same goal: Fitness and Health. Ive had some direct experience with most of the trainers and without exception, they are all positive, encouraging, highly knowledgeable and have each contributed to my personal progress. Im very pleased with my experience at Zone Fitness. They often have trials and events that will let you try the gym and classes or come in as a guest. If you are looking for a great place to work out you should definitely stop by.

Fantastic experience: I just joined Zone today after trying it out last week. The facility is gorgeous! Brand new, clean, and well-maintained equipment. Plenty of lockers available, and the locker rooms are perfectly maintained. I really appreciate that I can choose any machine at any time and it is available and ready to go. The selection of cardio machines, as well as core and other weight circuits is impressive. Their class offerings look great! I am excited to get in to try one of them. Also excited for the final stage to be completed with the steam room, sauna, spin studio, and hydro massage. There is a great free-weight section as well at two (soon to be three) platforms for Olympic Lifting, which I am thrilled about as that is my primary sport. Platforms are hard to find in the Denver area, and to have one so close, with top of the line equipment is thrilling! Every staff member I have interacted with is so nice and friendly! Never pushy, always happy, and seem to enjoy their job, which is a nice change of pace for a fitness chain :) Excited to see what the next year brings with my membership at Zone!

Fantastic experience: Was traveling for work and needed a place to grab a good quick workout. Facility had everything I was looking for as far as cleanliness, equipment, and staff. I would recommend this fitness center to anyone living in the area or just traveling through.

Fantastic experience: I simply cannot believe the pricing for such fantastic amenities, equipment, classes and some of Denver’s best trainers/teachers. The variety offered here blows my mind- as I typically pay 140 a month for JUST YOGA. Here you get SO SO many options and I can’t WAIT for the new part of the club to open with the extra EXTRA goodies! So excited to have this be my new home away from home! Staff is awesome . Have been going to the BURN class three times a week, the most efficient workout ever! Fitting in yoga on other days! Ryan and Scott did a great job in hiring a really nice, informed and helpful staff, the trainers are engaged and I honestly look forward to going to the gym! Best deal in town, very affordable, has everything ! And I feel very welcome there, very warm, positive energy - you should definitely take a look and try a class!

Fantastic experience: First, I have to say that I have a lot of brand loyalty so leaving my old gym was hard. But when I moved, I had to leave and it took a long while to find a place that actually had everything I wanted and Zone Athletic Club Denver had it. Ryan went above and beyond to take care of me when I first signed up back during the early months after quarantine lifted. The staff was always friendly and actually remembered me (even with the mask on). Then working with trainers Jacob and Scott helped give me better direction on what I had been doing wrong with my workout routines so I could get the most out of my efforts. Recently I bought a house and Ryan again went above and beyond to help me get transferred to another Zone gym close by so I can keep with Zone at my new location. Thank you Ryan and everyone at Zone Denver, going to miss all of you. And to anybody still reading this review (yes, you), I highly recommend this gym and location.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Zone on Leetsdale for three weeks. During that time I've had classes with five of their trainers including Sheena, Jacob, Jake, and Justyn. These classes have included Yoga, Cardio Strength, H.I.I.T., and my favorite BURN. I love coming here as it's close to home and the classes do a great job of mixing cardio fitness with weight and interval training. I'm looking forward to their expansion where they'll open their Cycle and Mind/Body studios. I'm also excited about their running club that starts in March.
