Fantastic experience: Push Gym is unlike any fitness experience I have ever had. I have been training with push trainers, specifically with Ryan Lien, for the last 4 years and their training continues to evolve along with my fitness level combined with their constant attention to new research/findings/techniques in the physical biology field. Along with the challenging work outs, Push marries nutrition to the equation to insure they are creating an optimized health plan so you are operating physically at your best. Their holistic approach to physical well being in unmatched in the industry. I feel healthier and stronger year after year!
Fantastic experience: Small class sizes, happy trainers, and the effort put into making sure everyone is working out safely is what keeps me coming back for more! Rebel Push Fitness class is available every day as well as a Cycle Cardio HIT class, along with the addition of new types of classes and a new space, Push has it all. Don't leave without some amazing watermelon water either!
Fantastic experience: Push Gym is the best place I have ever worked out. The entire staff is welcoming to everyone from the seasoned athlete to the middle aged housewife. Melissa is a star at designing custom workouts aimed at helping me avoid repeat injuries. She is so encouraging that even the toughest workout is fun. I would recommend Push Gym to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Such an AWESOME place to train. Small classes or one-on-one, the staff here is very knowledgeable and motivational! Not only do you leave knowing you had a great work-out, you leave grounded and more focused on your fitness and other personal goals. I have my favorite trainers....Melissa, Heidi and Ryan - but you can't go wrong with any of them! I have been working through some running injuries, and working with Marty, who is a trainer and PT at PUSH has been great. And all of the staff made adjustments for my injuries during the small classes! They will focus on your proper form and help you meet your fitness goals! They also have great music! Whether you are starting to work out or a work-out veteran, this is the place for you!
Fantastic experience: WOW! I absolutely love PUSH Gym! I started working out at PUSH in early December. Since then, I have fallen in love with their amazing workouts and incredible trainers. The workouts are designed to keep you moving and kick your booty – exactly what I was looking for. Each workout is completely different and fun, and I always get a great sweat. In the last six weeks, I’ve gained SO MUCH strength and fitness that I otherwise would not have gained on my own. Moreover, their trainers are simply fantastic. They are attentive to my body, noticing when I need to adjust form or position. Each and every person I’ve worked with has a fun and positive attitude (even at 6 am!!), encouraging me to push my limits without barking like a drill sergeant (totally not my thing). They create an environment in which I WANT to work out in. And, in addition to all the above, I love the location (very convenient!), love the facility (SUPER clean!!), and simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend it!
Fantastic experience: These guys are the BOMB!!!! Seriously, if you want a perfect 45 minute cross training opportunity, this is the place to go! I started training at Push after I injured my knee training for a marathon and in the year plus since I started training there I have seen huge gains in strength and stability not only in my knee but my overall physical health. They have some of the BEST trainers in town and every workout is different but completely pushes you to the your healthy limit. I truly cannot say enough about how great these guys are. If you haven't been don't take my word for it, come in and try a workout for FREE!!!! LOVE MY PUSH GYM!!!
Fantastic experience: I recently started working out at Push Gym and have found immediate results in which I have not found anywhere else. Melissa Levy is incredibly knowledgable about fitness and takes the time to accommodate my needs into the group workouts. She is welcoming, funny, inspiring, and brings me to my workout edge every time. Push Gym is a place where I feel comfortable and at the same time get to meet new people! Thanks Push Gym!!
Fantastic experience: This is my first Google review but I feel compelled. I'm visiting from out of town and stumbled into Push, which is conveniently near my hotel. The owner greeted me at the door and was incredibly kind and accommodating. He made me feel right at home and plugged me into a bootcamp session that was happening 30 minutes later. The instructor was Katie and she did a fantastic job. I do crossfit at home and can handle most workouts but I was gasping a few times today. I left with that special high you get after a great workout. If I lived in Denver I would join this gym. It's a no-frills community of people who value fitness without all the nonsense and attitude that sometimes comes with it. Five stars for being a place with personality, and not just a bunch of weights.
Fantastic experience: By far, the best workout experience I ever had! PUSH was recommended to me by a good friend, so I went. An owner, Melissa sat with me and we talked about everything from goals, health,...and she listened with care. Amazing people who make working out fun! Yes, FUN! We decided together the best for me would be to start with personal training and I LOVE IT. No two workouts are the same and Melissa honestly cares about how I am doing. PUSH goes above and beyond. I look forward to each session at PUSH; and although you work hard, PUSH makes it a great time. PUSH is the place to go in Denver.
Fantastic experience: Push Fitness is hands down my most favorite gym on the entire Front Range area. It has a really down to earth, unpretentious, welcoming environment and all the trainers are phenomenal. The workouts you'll get at Push will definitely kick your as#, but the trainers will never compromise proper form or proper instruction so you don't get injured. I love that they offer one-on-one training sessions, as well as small group classes, because to be honest it's actually more fun to train with other people. And I love their functional movement type workouts, no lame big-machine, big box-gym type workouts here. It's all about functionality and movement. My body feels way better now than it ever has. I actually look forward to my workouts at Push, a whole different story than my past gym experiences where I dreaded going to workout because I wasn't having any fun and usually left there more exhausted and broken down than when I showed up. Not at Push, I leave the gym feeling invigorated, toned, happy, and ready to take on the day. Thank you to all the trainers at Push, you guys are awesome!!
Fantastic experience: Melissa and the team at PUSH Gym are amazing! They make every workout fun, new, and exciting. My entire body feels the burn in less than an hour. The dynamic and ever changing classes are what keep me coming back, that along with everyone's great attitude and supportive energy! Fantastic experience: PUSH Fitness Colorado boasts a convenient, central location on South Broadway, a gorgeous space filled with the industry's best and most varied equipment, and a zen, earthy vibe. But most importantly, it has an incredible staff. Owners Melissa Levy and Ryan Lien, an uber-dynamic, crazy-cool husband-wife team, have poured an insane amount of love into retaining the most talented, multidisciplinary people in wellness to cover fitness, nutrition, personal well-being, and everything in between. You owe it to yourself to check out PUSH- you will never be happier with the way you feel physically and mentally.
Fantastic experience: As a member for over three years now, I can confidently say Push Fitness is by far your BEST option in Denver. I have been an athlete my whole life, tried MANY gyms and programs, and truly have found my home here. You will not get a more challenging, fun, efficient and high energy group class; and the personal training is prime. The level of knowledge and creativity of the instructors here always blows my mind. Melissa and Ryan are pioneers with their REBEL workout style, and have put their heart and soul into this business.
Fantastic experience: Push is the perfect balance of fitness and fun. The owners and trainers truly foster a community here. It's encouraging to arrive at Push and be greeted by name by other members and the trainers. The variety of classes and ease of online sign-ups makes working out convenient--and I never get bored. From seasoned fitness buffs and athletes to twenty-something professionals and stay-at-home moms, everyone feels welcome here and truly enjoys each other's company. I'm currently getting in shape for my wedding and I have seen a huge improvement in my muscle tone, fat loss and overall health. Thank you, Melissa and Push!
Fantastic experience: Simply put- I love The Rebel Workout! Last year I was shopping around for a new gym, I did the $60 one month trial and never left. All the instructors are fabulous, attentive to your individual needs and make it fun/challenging. It is a gym where you feel welcomed and are likely to make a new friend. I have high regard for a gym that provides a sense of community, variety, and safety in all their workouts.
Fantastic experience: I never thought I could replace my trainer of three years when he changed careers. Rebel was exactly what I needed to fill this void and then some. It is a community oriented environment with a variety of trainers which all bring something uniquely different to their classes.They keep me inspired and always trying something I never would have thought I could do before. Fantastic experience: I joined REBEL last June, and couldn’t be more pleased. It is a very welcoming, encouraging, supportive, and motivating environment. Working out at REBEL has been my daily savior. I cannot wait to get back in the gym when the world gets back to normal. Until then I will be working out remotely with the REBEL team. Thank you guys for being so badass at all times!
Fantastic experience: I love the Rebel Workout and it’s welcoming environment! Must come and take class with Gina. She always has a killer workout with a bomb playlist. Gina has taught me so much about safe form while providing modifications for movements when needed and making me feel STRONG! 12/10 would recommend.
Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Rebel for about 6 months- 2-3 times per week. This workout is fun, not boring, and gets you in shape for whatever else you do. Case in point: I don't love running, so I don't run. But last weekend I did a 5k for fun, and surprisingly was really comfortable running the whole thing at a good pace - just from the work I've been putting in here. I've actually "trained" for a 5k before and couldn't pull that off. Wow! Every class is different so it's always challenging in a new way, and the instructors at are friendly, encouraging, and there to help you avoid hurting yourself. I love Rebel!
Fantastic experience: I worked with Alejandra as my trainer after many years of not working out post-pregnancy and health issues. I really needed someone that UNDERSTOOD all of these things. She was GREAT! I would highly recommend her. Rebel also offered comprehensive services (e.g., nutritional group classes online) or fabulous referrals (like pelvic floor PT). I recommend her and Rebel!
Fantastic experience: The trainers are amazing at what they do! They push you to push yourself, they connect the mind body and spirit, the music selection is amazing and the overall environment of the gym is very positive! I feel as though my body and mindset has changed more in the last 3 months while training at Rebel than it has in the past!
Fantastic experience: The Rebel Workout is great! I've been coming to Rebel for the past 6 months (~5 times/week). The classes are challenging and diverse - you'll never do the same workout twice. The trainers are knowledgeable and emphasize proper form while pushing you outside of your comfort zone. Overall great workout and community!

In the first 6 months, I have attended almost 100 group classes. The instructors have their own styles of workout, senses of humor and motivational charm. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Rebel for the last few months and I’ve LOVED it. All the trainers are amazing and the people that the gym attracts are all super friendly and awesome. It is starting to be a second home for me. I highly recommend the gym to all my friends!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a personal trainer who works with you based off what works best for your body and your limitations, hire Michael. As someone with spinal issues and injuries who was always skeptical of hiring a trainer, working with Michael was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He got me back into the gym quick and taught me how to work out around my injuries and setbacks safe and effectively. I had almost totally given up on hitting my fitness goals until working with him. He pushes you and takes a ton of time into customizing your workouts 10/10
Fantastic experience: So grateful for the Rebel Workout! I’ve been training with Melissa (the owner) once a week for a few months and I am loving the results Not just a workout for my body, but also my mind as Melissa inspires me to be my best self in and out of the gym, also encouraging me to be kind to myself. My training session with her is the highlight of my week and really sets me on track with good habits for the week! The instructors who do the group classes are all REALLY motivating and provide a killer workout. So grateful to have found Melissa and The Rebel Workout....AND major bonus that it’s in my West Wash Park neighborhood!
Fantastic experience: Rebel has become my regular gym. From the first class I felt at home. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and take time to show you the movements and how to improve. Every class I’m pushed to my limit and I take pride in trying to improve myself because of how incredible this environment is. I’m traditionally a runner so lifting in the ‘Rebel’ class was brand new to me and I fell in love with it! Cannot recommend this studio enough!
Fantastic experience: I love how comfortable I feel when I’m at REBEL. Everyone that I’ve come across while training with Melissa has been friendly and welcoming. It can be intimidating going to a class or even a personal training session when you don’t have much experience and/or feel really out of shape, but at REBEL your insecurities and worries fall away the minute you walk in. Melissa genuinely cares about you, your progress and your health journey which makes the whole process even more enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: The REBEL Workout is great workout that’s guaranteed to make you sweat hard and feel so, so good!! REBEL is also a community - it’s a place where the instructors and your fellow gym-goers are just as interested in getting to know you as a person as they are about understanding your fitness goals. The studio is known for their signature “Rebel” class that focuses on HIIT functional training. It’s a guaranteed butt-kicker every time. For me, this class has been a great complement to my regular running routine. While I’m totally addicted to the Rebel class, I also love that The REBEL Workout doesn’t just stop there.The REBEL Workout is the complete package; they are a one-stop shop for all things fitness. If you’re looking for an awesome spin class, REBEL has that, too. If yoga is more your style, they’ve got it. They even have exciting mash-up classes just to keep things interesting - think cycle + yoga classes, cycle + HIIT classes, and even cycle + barre classes. This place truly has it all under one roof! To top it all off, the REBEL instructors are some of the best in Denver. Good people, good vibes, good community - and a seriously amazing workout. You’ll be wanting to come back again and again!
Fantastic experience: I signed up for rebel about 7 months ago because I was looking for something that had a little bit of everything. I have been an unlimited monthly member now for 6 months and do not plan on ever ending my membership. This gym is exactly what I needed! The trainers are all great at making each class new and different, they are extremely motivating, and they offer great advice specific to you. All of the classes offer a great workout and it's fun to try something new. Rebel has changed my body. I am more in shape than ever and I now understand how to work out in order to see a change. I highly recommend this fun, challenging and unique gym to anyone!
Fantastic experience: The Rebel Workout is a special place. I've been to lots of fitness studios, both in Denver and elsewhere, and I can't remember the last time I saw one where every detail was so well thought out. The space is beautiful and so efficiently used, the equipment is well cared for and organized, the variety of classes is great to keep people (and their bodies) interested, but in my opinion what really sets Rebel apart is their instructors. They're welcoming, knowledgeable, motivating, and authentic.
Fantastic experience: I worked with my personal trainer Michael for about 7 months and it was great. He emphasized great form and he also worked around my back injury. All the trainers there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to workout, I would highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: I have been going to classes at The Rebel Workout for almost two years and continue to love everything about it. I appreciate how genuinely interested the trainers are in my success and my safety/good form, as well as their overall enthusiasm and positivity. They are able to coach and push me to do more in a way that keeps me coming back. I also love that there is little to no repetition from day to day or week to week in their classes- they keep it fresh so I never walk in dreading what is to come. The broad range of class times throughout the day is also a huge plus for me. The space is visually appealing, clean and well utilized, and their retail always has a fun, fresh vibe. Lastly, they value community and routinely host additional events like wine tasting happy hours, or group training sessions in the park to encourage connection and fun. If you are looking for an inviting, comfortable place to get or stay fit in Denver, you have to check out The Rebel Workout.
Fantastic experience: I loved how we used so many pieces of equipment and the whole space. The women's facility was very clean and nice and new and towels were provided (a heaven send)!! The workout was structured and kicked my butt. I loved the full body workout!
Fantastic experience: I've been hooked since day 1. The training staff are knowledgeable, super fun, and they are always mixing it up. There are a ton of different classes and at all hours of the day and night. If you want a serious butt kicking no matter what your current fitness level, these guys will deliver.
Fantastic experience: Rebel is the place to find your strength, build momentum and have a ton of fun! All of the classes and instructors are high intensity, high energy and the best team/gym I’ve found in Denver. Run, don’t walk to Rebel! Favorite classes are: Rebel, motor cycle (shout out Kathryn) and cycle 45 core (shout out Leanne). Also wind down with awesome yoga from jenny and Brooke! Thanks Rebel!
Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of workout studios and I've never really gravitated toward a studio before coming to REBEL. The instructors are great - down to earth, engaging, willing to help you nail down your form, and genuine. The workouts are always super challenging and different, which I love. Overall, my favorite workout studio in Denver so far. Always look forward to showing up.

Fantastic experience: This place is the JAM. I'm a regular TRW goer (4-5x/week) for over a year and a half now. The signature Rebel class, a HIIT workout, is my go-to, and it challenges me (kicks my butt) every. single. time. TRW offers several other classes as well, a one-stop shop for your fitness needs. All the trainers are incredible - knowledgeable, passionate and motivational - and the energy is awesome. Also, the people who workout there - all ages and fitness levels - is another great aspect; you're bound to fit in perfectly and get strong!
Fantastic experience: The instructors are extremely motivational and upbeat. I've gone to a lot of Alejandra and Michael's classes and they are always positive and make you feel good about working out. They're always watching to make sure you're using the correct form and more than willing to help you find modifications for workouts when you have an injury. Would definitely recommend others to take Rebel classes.
Fantastic experience: Best gym in Denver by far! Perfect mix of good energy, killer workouts, family style community and fun! The trainers really care about your form and safety, while pushing you to your own personal limits. The workout is different everyday so I never get bored. It's the perfect way for me to start my day!
Fantastic experience: Super friendly team and members. I found this gym online and have been to two classes so far - more to come. They definitely work you hard but I feel great afterwards. I haven't done anything like this before and the team have been great at helping me get to grips with the machines and perfect my form. Will definitely recommend to friends...
Fantastic experience: Rebel is where it's at! The trainers are very knowledgeable and have helped me improve my body awareness a great deal. I've become significantly stronger since finding Rebel. I can finally do more than 10 lunges without being so sore the next day that I can't walk! Thanks, Rebel :)

Fantastic experience: The Rebel Workout is one of my favorite places to exercise! The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and caters to individual needs. Class sizes are small enough to feel intimate, but not too small to feel intimidating. 10/10!
Fantastic experience: After trying several different gyms and workouts, I have fallen in love with Push. Their trainers are great. They offer both classes and personal training. All the different classes I have tried have found the perfect balance between fun and challenging: circuit, cycle, barre. Can't say enough great stuff about Push and it's team!
Fantastic experience: I love this Gym! The trainers are very in tune with every person in the class so it's like having a personal trainer with the energy of group workout. The group classes are intelligently sequenced (safe for the joints) and the experience is an incredibly effective and efficient workout. This is my favorite workout in town.
