Fantastic experience: Clean gym, nice staff, only busy at the expected 5pm-7pm (still not as bad as most 24hr places), mornings and most of the day there is no waiting for equipmemt.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of DG&F for over 5 years now and have yet to consider another establishment. It does get a bit crowded during rush hours, mainly in the late afternoon and early evening, but that's to be expected at any gym. The staff has a low turnover, is always courteous, and the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. You won't find a bunch of meathead goons here slamming weights and hollering; it's mostly local neighborhood regulars who in my personal experience will gladly share equipment if kindly asked. My only personal gripe is that they could use another squat rack, but if you manage your time effectively, you can usually get your routine in without any issues. I highly recommend DG&F if you're looking for a smaller, neighborhood gym without all the fluff and silliness of big-box corporate chains.

Fantastic experience: All around great gym! Equipment is sufficient for any type of workout. Welcoming and community feel type of gym - never too crowded. Affordable and they even offer hit/yoga classes that I still need to try out.

Fantastic experience: I am just leaving Denver Gym and Fitness, and wanted to make sure that I specifically appreciate the staff working there this afternoon. The way they chose to address someone being incredibly rude who was essentially using 5 pieces of equipment at once and refusing to return any weights was really an integrity move that I feel like you just don't see at a lot of places. I especially appreciated how the staff continued to address the individual's absurdly belligerent and xenophobic responses. To be clear, the behavior exhibited by this individual is definitely out of the norm at this gym, which I in part attribute to the staff working to cultivate a welcoming environment that isn't simply designed for ultra bros who want to let everyone know how tough they are. A sincere thank you for not tolerating this type of conduct.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Small with everything you might need. There was a blonde guy at the front that always remembered my name, what a homie. Never full so you can use whatever you want, usually whenever. If I ever live back in the area I'll reinstate my membership.

Fantastic experience: I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and owners of this gym but today they really impressed me. I dropped my AirPod case down into the back of the Stairmaster. The owners Kelly and Mark immediately dismantled the machine and worked to rescue my case. It took some effort but they were successful! They were both so determined to help and light-hearted about the accident; I left laughing instead of feeling embarrassed. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to show some support after this interaction. Love this gym and would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: Non-pretentious but nice gym. Alex who works the front desk is always so helpful and chill. I appreciate his energy when going into a gym. He’s very friendly. I move this gym. Busy enough without being too crowded. Clean.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Has all the racks, free weights, boxes, cables, machines etc for a complete workout. Friendly staff that does a great job maintaining the place keeping it spotless.

The staff and owners are always welcoming, friendly, and willing to provide fitness advice. A great equipment selection with no wait to use. You won’t find a better gym in Denver.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for about two weeks now. I was used to commercial gyms before here. It's honestly been such a great experience! The staff is very welcoming and always available to answer any questions. The equipment and machines are all well kept and clean. I will say this, it can get a little crowded during busy hours because there isn't a ton of space, but overall it's a great place to workout. Also, if you are a serious power lifter, I would say this probably is not the place for you as there aren't any platforms to my knowledge and there is only one full rack. However, if you are just looking to get fit and workout around great people, I would argue that this is the best place in Denver and it has definitely earned five stars from me.

Fantastic experience: This place is terrific. I belong to an Equinox in New York but work out here when I’m visiting Denver. Consistently nice people, great, clean equipment, big space, great hours. Nothing fancy but really really solid.

Fantastic experience: I can confidently say DG&F actually cares about what their clients want, listens to what we would like more of and even any changes/suggestions we have. It's refreshing! For example, they used to have only a couple exercise classes. I kept asking them if they were going to get any more classes and at different times. I am sure I am not the only one that asked, but I was truly shocked when the front desk person said they were adding more classes and at different times!!! I really could NOT believe it! Not many places would actually follow through, but DG&F did! :) They have outstanding yogi instructors whom are attentive, helpful and change up the classes. The next day I am ALWAYS sore and I am seeing progress in my abilities and body too! They have updated equipment, they have various cardio machines, a lot of weight machines, and free weight areas too. Oh and another benefit it's not jam packed constantly, so you can actually choose machines you want to work out on, not wait around to use. Yes i would say this is a freaking awesome gym! <3

Fantastic experience: I just moved to the Denver, CO area and needed to find a good gym. This gym was recommended to me by a friend and I’m glad I decided to join! The gym has a Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean & up to date equipment and is never too crowded. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Fantastic experience: I came here because I’m very fat and wanted to lose some pounds. I went on a treadmill and it broke but ran as fast as i could out of the gym. I am apologizing.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS GYM! The equipment is state of the art and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Yoga classes are diverse, with some harder and some easier. The instructors are very encouraging and skilled. The other gym members are very respectful of space and cleanliness. Well worth the price which is actually really good for this part of town. It's open really early & stays open reasonably late.

Fantastic experience: This is the cleanest gym in town! I've been a member for many years and, as a woman in her 60s, really appreciate the care and support I get here. I train with Steve Allen, who understands my aches and pains and addresses them through muscle building exercise and stretches. I've noticed continuing improvement in my health, stamina, and weight! I can recommend this gym to everyone!

Fantastic experience: DG&F is just about perfect if you're looking for a convenient, *extremely clean* and well-maintained place to work-out. Sure some of the amenities found at a full-fledged health club like the DAC would be nice (sauna, pool, etc.) but given the very affordable price, the value is high. The vast majority of members are conscientious (no meat heads throwing chalk and plates all over the place) and know what they're doing. The staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful and always greet guests with a smile. With regards to comments about crowding, duh-you're going to get that at any gym during prime times.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this gym. Very friendly staff and clean equipment. I have not had any issues with the crowd and can use pretty much any equipment when I want to. The location is very convenient for me as I can stop by on my way to and from work.

Fantastic experience: I’ve belonged to this gym now for about 6 months & my #1 FAV thing about it is the yoga instructor, Cassandra! Holy ZEN If you’re anything like me, Core Power just isn’t your favorite style of flow. I like my practice to work on more than just the physical & Cassandra really knows how to bring that out. And she does a GREAT job of breaking down moves for new folks.... like she’s been teaching for years. In my opinion, what makes a good yoga instructor is one who truly cares about their students’ OVERALL well being. Cassandra IS THAT & has a beautiful balance about her that’s quirky and smart, gentle yet challenging & she has a presence that immediately puts you at ease. The PERFECT way to drop into my being and explore a warming practice every time. Beyond that, the gym is always clean, machines are usually always available when you want them & the community that works out here is super respectful. Classes are awesome & for the price, you just can’t beat it! I’d pay as much for just yoga with my girl, and instead, I get it all! Much love to Denver Gym & Fitness!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend DG&F. The staff and trainers are all friendly and helpful. The facility has all the equipment I need and are always clean. Take advantage of the group classes, they are a lot of fun and have pushed me to challenge myself especially in the Boot Camp classes. Membership fees are the most affordable in the area.

Fantastic experience: Very cool gym! Clean, comfortable, they have nice machines. The host people re cool. They give a free 1st visit (guest pass, but you have to be a CO resident). I got a membership (50/60$ per month + year, came out to be around 100-120$), came couple of times to train and then moved to another city. It was very easy to cancel the membership, I just called in, no need to pay extra for the cancellation nor be physically there (gyms often have issues when it comes to the cancellation, but Denver G&F is cool). They cancelled it and did not change me since then. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was a member of Denver Gym & Fitness off and on for over a year and a half and I've come to the conclusion that it's one of the better small gyms in Denver. The staff is friendly, the equipment and restrooms are kept clean, and the members are respectful of the "rules" of the gym. I had to end my membership because I relocated, but I'll miss this place a lot!

Fantastic experience: I really like this little neighborhood gym. I've been going for a few months now and I chose it since it is within walking distance of my house. The people are friendly, the place is always clean and the customers are respectful. I very rarely have to wait for a machine or bench, and am very happy with the gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for about two years and absolutely love it. It is great for all levels of fitness and the staff always makes me feel welcome. I rarely have to wait for a machine and the equipment is always clean and ready to use. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very good gym. Small but very clean and equipment is in good shape. I often draw comparisons with 24 hr and this gym is well worth the money. Actually a place you want to come back to. Some employees don't seem too friendly but maybe, just maybe, they have indigestion.

Fantastic experience: Solid gym. They have showers and you can buy a towel if you forget one. The stair master was really smooth and the rowing machines felt very new.

Fantastic experience: The gym is nice and clean and there is a good selection of equipment. I go with Classpass and they are always welcoming when I come in. So far, I have just used the cardio machines but it looks like there is a good selection in the weight room and some good class options. Parking is easy. From reading other reviews I was concerned about the crowd, but so far it hasn't been an issue at all.

Fantastic experience: The perfect local gym. It has an appropriate amount of equipment - both strength and cardio. The gym is almost never full and the people that go there are all really nice.
