Fantastic experience: Roomy and well air conditioned. Open 24hrs, which is super nice.

Fantastic experience: Great gym.... lots of space, good variety of equipment, friendly staff, and I love that they allow drop-ins for daily or monthly use without a contract. Definitely will be back every time I am in the area.

Positive experience: It's a small gym but it's great! The owner actually cares about it and takes care of it. It's still small but it's better than the YMCA down the street. If you live in Denton, I recommend signing up!

Positive experience: This place is mediocre compared to planet fitness. Very upsetting that there aren't better gym options around here but it has to do for now. Overpriced for the equipment in here, I would love to see some updated equipment. I go here mostly for the tanning.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to work out with my older brother, has all the equipment and normal person like me would need. An added bonus being that the gym itself is open 24/7
