Fantastic experience: Very well maintained and the showers were clean.

Fantastic experience: The McChord Fit for Freedom gym is now back to 24 hour operations with use of the showers. Still well run and managed. Wide diversity of equipment. Has added additional exercise equipment to assist in training for the ACFT.

Positive experience: Okay gym, nothing extra. After 9am is best due to squadron PT in the morning

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff and different rooms with different machines and they also have free weights and when I went they were starting a Zumba class and it sounded with a lot of energy and they also had different cardio machines on which they seem to make sure they work. They also mentioned a swimming pool that might be operating again soon.

Fantastic experience: Nice Fitness Center on McChord Field, especially if you are registered for 24/7 access. Has the McChord Outdoor Pool next door and the Fitness Annex is next door to that.
