Fantastic experience: I’ve only been at the gym a few months, so far everyone has been very nice & helpful. It’s very clean & upbeat.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding facility. Spotlessly clean. Well maintained equipment. Friendly staff. Only wish would be for staff to have the courage to ask a member not to use the equipment like a recliner in their living room while playing on their phones for 15 or 20 minutes denying the equipment to other members. Happens ALL the time.

Fantastic experience: I'm a big fan of the classes at Pure Fitness! I usually take one 5 out of 7 days each week. I especially like Senior Boot Camp as it is an full body workout with weights. With all they offer each day, you are sure to find one that you like.

Fantastic experience: Pure Fitness in Millsboro is a great place! I go there every weekday at lunch and everyone is beyond friendly. You will be greeted with a cheerful hello and wished a great day when you leave. The staff is extremely helpful as well. Bathrooms & showers are very clean too. Again, a great place to get in shape and I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean. The equipment isn't over crowded.. they've expanded since they took over from World Gym.Staff is available for questions & concerns. Protein shakes added along with other products. Reasonably priced. I've been a member since they took over.

Fantastic experience: The facility looks awesome! It is huge, full of equipment to spare, and was a nice, cool temperature ideal for working out. I signed up for a membership during this visit, and Rebecca went above and beyond explaining everything, showing me around, and was super friendly and welcoming. I'm happy to be a new member!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere with plenty of space and equipment to choose from. The staff is also very accommodating. I love that they have a few individual bathroom/shower combo rooms. Makes things very convenient when it's time to clean up post workout. Great gym. Whenever I'm in the Millsboro area, I do my best to stop by for a workout.

If you enjoy group fitness, the classes are challenging and fun. The instructors are incredible and the schedules continue to evolve so there is something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I moved here recently from another state and was worried about finding a new place. I was lucky to find this place. Great place and always sparkling clean. Staff is polite. Equipment is a little dated, but does the job. My only complaint is there are some members who do not feel it is necessary to clean up after their workout.

Fantastic experience: Great local place to work out, I work out almost everyday around 6pm. They staff there is very friendly and beautiful people. It's just a joy to be a part of it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with great people of all age ranges! Julie at the front desk really runs a tight ship keeping things neat and clean, along with a great attitude and a wonderful smile! I believe she has taken another position and will be greatly missed. All you need to get a great work out is here. Found a home for sure.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. I came here for a few workout while I was in town visiting family. The patrons are by and large respectful of re-racking weights. The powerlifting area is well equipped and I had everything I needed to get through my workouts. The gym was very helpful in setting up a day pass for me. The bathrooms have showers. People are respectful of your space. There are a ton of machines, a huge cardio area, and even a smoothie bar. I don’t see any reason to find another gym when I visit my family next next.

Fantastic experience: Definitely gets crowded at times but that's for a reason. The gym is very well kept, all equipment is in good shape, and the staff are all friendly. Being open 24/7 is a huge plus too.

Fantastic experience: I watched the owners build this business from the ground up ... literally. They took an empty single store slot and built an awesome gym in Millsboro. Then they took their small gym and expanded to keep up with demand. The owners have always been super responsive, friendly, and willing to do whatever needed to keep their customers happy. The facilities have always been clean and equipment in excellent working condition. Some people cannot be happy, regardless of what you do for them. For those people, complaining makes them feel superior. Do not believe the negative reviews for World Gym Millsboro! WGM deserves more than 5 stars. They are awesome!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to this GREAT gym and the AMAZING owners and staff, I am able to stand up on the SPIN bike for the first time Ever!!! Yes, my hard work got me there as well. I have serious balance issues which cause me to use a walker. When Pam suggested I take a class, I thought she was crazy! But I did. Staff is always helpful and friendly and safety is the main concern. I am there 5 times a week. So much better than sitting on my butt!!!

Fantastic experience: This gym has changed my life. I have lost 400 lbs and counting thanks to the awesome staff, inspirational members, and state of the art equipment. I used to eat Twinkies for breakfast now I take a protein shake to the face. Owners are always available to help with any needs.

I have taken almost ever class they have offered over the many years they've been open and I can honestly say they are toally on it. With keeping up with the newest and most up to date classes that can be offered they do keep it fresh. Also the convenience of classes offered. The gym is always so clean and well kept which is important to me. I love,love, love this place and thank God to have an outlet to go to for my health at such an affordable rate.World Gym Millsboro your #1.

Fantastic experience: I had the fortunate occasion to visit this gym while visiting. I am a 61 year old triathlete and have trained in locations all over the country. As a former personal trainer I have seen gyms operated from both sides. I found World Gym Millsboro to be first of all clean. It was obvious to my experienced eye that the staff takes both pride and responsibility in keeping all equipment clean and functioning. The gym is suitable for both recreational fitness interests as well as the serious athlete. I look forward to visiting again on my next visit and have recommended it to my friends and family that live in the area.
