Fantastic experience: I am a member@Dfit I I like that exercise room and they have a fantastic swimming pool or is state of the art the way it looks so nice like on TV!!! So come and see for yourself and try it out you might like it it's a great place to work out and relax!!!

Positive experience: Pool and aquatic services offered are top notch, but the fitness center upstairs is a mess. Decor, siding, mismatched carpet, uneven mats aside, there's still a ton of things that need changing (some could be changed without spending a penny). Location and position of weights and benches are all over the place. Things on top of each other and out of order. There's no weight trees, so the weights never get reracked. The mismatched plates don't bother me as much as the rust on the bars and plates that get all my clothes brown.

Positive experience: This center provides everything needed at a VERY reasonable cost. Although upgrades are needed, the pool is warm to my preference. Class workouts are enjoyable. Instructors are personable, engaging, and show a genuine interest in participants wellbeing & progress. The site is located in the midst of a quiet residential community too

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I always love working out here. Sure, it may need a lot of updating, but for $20 a month that includes two pools, a hot tub, sauna, and more? It's a no-brainer! For anyone who's looking for something quaint and small, this is the place to be. Very nice staff too!

Positive experience: Its sad that they are letting this place fall apart. They put all of their money into the pike creek location. The free weight section has holes in the roof and leaks. The Ac leaks so they eventually just stopped turning it on back there. Its constantly dirty and the locker rooms smell terrible. This place shows its age. Otherwise the prices are good and the amount of equipment is great. Weights are metal and all in working order. There is no one in the actual gym enforcing the rules. I see people working out with no shirts on or people with their music blasting out of their cell phones with no headphones. Wipe dispensers are constantly empty and bathrooms are not kept in order. Some water fountains put out warm water. Staff is friendly and hours are decent.
