Fantastic experience: The Den is The TRUTH! Kickboxing combined with a workout like no other designed to produce results. I have been a member since January and lost 25 pounds the first 3 months and I continue to tone. My teenage daughters are also members and they love it. Classes teach self-defense and helps them stay fit between sports activities. The owner is the best; professional, enthusiastic, accountable, and motivating. The Den is the only place for me and my family.

Fantastic experience: I had clear results within 5 days. The owner is extremely personable and supportive in our individual efforts. The music is what really makes the workout phenomenal and a load of fun!! It’s addicting. On top of maintaining a clean workout space and maintaining social distancing standards, it’s located in a prime location next to a Publix and CVS. You can get a great workout in and get your errands done.

Fantastic experience: The trainers are one of kind. Very knowledgeable of the kickboxing sport and helps their students to achieve their goals. The gym is open at 6am so it is a perfect time for me to come in and have a nice workout before work. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have known RJ for a few years now and he is the best at what he does. He gives it his all and wants you to truly succeed and achieve all of your goals. You are given 110% all the time and the motivation is amazing. I have been taking his classes this week and I am so excited to work out with him. His knowledge of fitness and nutrition is top notch and you will love this place. I’ve been to a few gyms but nothing compares to The Den. Hands down best gym there is. Give him a shot and you will not regret this. I cannot recommend this enough!
