Fantastic experience: Love this place! I just moved here and checked out many other gym facilities in the area... this place is smaller but the crowd is polite, respectful, and there is no judging. These days gyms seem to have turned into "hook-up" places but this place is family oriented, tons of things to do, and the facility is very well taken care of! There are things to do for the entire family. As far as the gym portion they have it all for your taste... a little of crossfit, free weights, machine weights, lots of cardio options, TRX, and I caught a glimpse of one of the fitness classes they offered and it looked intense! Def check it out if you are looking for something solid for the entire family!
