Fantastic experience: Unbelievably great coaching and super workout community!

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is very welcoming to all body types and fitness levels. There are lots of different machines to use/ lots of variety. With the exception of the free weights area, I've never had to wait to use any equipment.

Fantastic experience: Always clean and I've never seen a broken machine.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic crossfit location, friendly trainers who really know their stuff, and friendly cross fit peers as well who all want themselves and you to succeed. They are motivators and have helped me tremendously. Noticed a huge difference just within 4 weeks. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Joined in January thru the end of February. Best thing i could of done! Anyone can do this! If you have issues with mobility with back,shoulders, legs, knees, ect., Matt, and staff will alter workout for you. The regulars, that been doing this for awhile, are freindly and helpful!Very professional run, and fun. They make sure! You are doing everything the proper way. If you are a newbie, you can do this. Its better for you than planet fitness. Wish i had the time to continue this, but construction season is going to start, and need to go back to work
