Fantastic experience: Crossfit Bettendorf is like no other gym that I have ever been to. From day one, when you walk through the door you are treated like family. The staff and the members a super nice and very encouraging and above all, the crossfit workout itself is an amazing workout. I have done all types of lifting and this is my favorite. Already 2 weeks in and I am already seeing noticeable results.

Fantastic experience: After we outgrow organized team sports, the feeling of working together during a physical challenge is difficult to find. You can find it again at Crossfit Bettendorf. The most difficult thing is making it through the front door the first time. The more you encourage other, the more people you meet, the more you buy into it, the more you improve.
