Fantastic experience: Definitely one of the best atmospheres for a gym I have ever seen. Everyone I have met has been polite. Tons of equipment. I go very early and at that time, there is no issue with getting the equipment you need. The price is also very reasonable. Definitely worth at least doing a drop in to see.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! This is not a health club or a social gathering. Go in, work out with free weight or equipment. They have plenty of classes and trainers. But still a no nonsense gym.
