Fantastic experience: My husband and I signed up for silver sneakers and we're going to start going to the gym and get some of this weight off we love this place

Positive experience: Love the water aerobics class but wish the two morning classes were early morning and mid-morning. Two early classes don't allow for mom's dropping kids at school to get to the second class. They do have a 5:30pm class also but that encroaches on getting dinner ready. They do need to do some maintenance on the lockers in the women's bathroom/changing area.

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere and staff and they have an array of workout equipment including a sauna, hot tub and swimming pool. They also offer swim lessons to both kids and adults.

Fantastic experience: Love Jennifer k zumba class and Amber dance2fit. Not over crowded friendly and helpful staff you'll get your money's worth! Also water aerobics Mon thru Fri mornings and evenings. Something for everyone!

Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best Gym in Decatur. They have anything and everything to offer a person who are serious about getting their body in top shape. Pool, machine weights, free weights, whirlpool and a selective number of classes with excellent instructors. They also keep gym, pool area and bathroom s very clean. The staff are not only friendly, but also very helpful with any needs you may have. I give them 5 only because that's as high as we're allowed to rate them. Also you're allowed to exercise 24/7. I love Sports fit Gym!!!
