Fantastic experience: I tried the first class free and I have been obsessed ever since! The instructors keep the classes so fresh and fun. The music is so energizing and the different lights are so fun! I have been to a lot of group exercise classes and I can easily say that GritCycle classes are the most fun and make me actually want to workout! Plus, the instructors are all so friendly and inspiring, they make you feel welcomed to the studio.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! The place is laid out beautifully with a large foyer that includes a retail area, lockers, benches, customer service desk and drinking fountains with filtered water. Plenty of room to hang out before and after class. There are both male and female bathrooms that include showers, towels and toiletries. The entire place is impeccably clean. The staff and instructors are accessible to help you along if you're a regular or newbie. There are shoes to rent for a small fee but all your towels are free and limitless. The cycling room is laid out nicely with stadium staging and the bikes staggered. Plenty of air with multiple room fans and A/C. It's not gonna be a cold room so you can actually sweat. The instructors at all of the Grit Studios are excellent and go through an intense training program. Grit classes are all about the beat of the music, no computers or TV screens. There are small moves choreographed to each song but nothing complicated and doable even by the most novice of riders. The room is dimly lit and the sound system rocks. The staff will help you set up your bike and provide you with hair ties or ear plugs if necessary. I highly suggest you try multiple instructors because the first one you take may play a totally different style of music than another and you may not like every instructors vibe. They all put a ton of time into their music and value feedback. Love love love this place and all of the Grit Studios.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience for never going to a spin class...the front office girl was super helpful, Adam was very friendly and outgoing, p.s. thanks for the towel....my instructor was amazingly helpful too. I AM GOING BACK ONCE A WEEK FOR AS LONG AS THEY WILL LET ME.....

Fantastic experience: This place is THE BEST! I am 100% addicted to this studio. The instructors are phenomenal, the community is stellar, the studio is clean and comfortable, and the workout is extraordinary.

Fantastic experience: Grtities and Spin Masters- Grit has done it again. I am a loyal Costa Mesa Grit rider for 2 years. I have now switched from Costa Mesa to Monarch Beach due to proximity to my home!! Matt, Danie and Jessica have done an amazing job. The studio is incredible. The equipment new and amazing. The reception desk is beyond friendly upbeat and motivational. A big Shout Out for Adam that is always ready to help. My prescription is Matt and Jessica at 5:45 am to start the day out perfect and Lisa on Wednesday night. There is no better spin studio in So. Cal much less OC. The equipment AMAZING, attitude- humble, kind and motivational, Energy- sincere, surroundings exquisite. You can really see that expertise of ownership using their great experience to craft and amazing studio and spin experience. I suggest everyone give it a try and Thanks Grit for giving us all and amazing environment to motivate each other and focus on health and balance. One more point, the fellow riders at MB are an amazing group of joyful and kind people, they will motivate you. It takes a village…… Grit Monarch Beach has done it.
