Crunch Fitness - Dothan

Fantastic experience: The have a babysitting area for your kids (only Monday-Friday until 8pm). They also have tanning beds, all the equipment you could want to use, saunas, messaging stations. The list goes on. All this for $30/month is a great deal! If you don’t have kids then their cheapest monthly plan is $10, and you can’t beat that for a gym membership. The only downside is it’s always packed full of people. Every time I’ve gone, no joke like 50+ people have been in there.

Fantastic experience: Excellent locker rooms. All the free weights you need. Massage chairs. Fitness classes are available.

You will find beginners and veteran athletes, young and young at heart, all working either at their own pace toward their goals or with the help of knowledgeable and fun trainers like D. J. Jones.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love that I took the chance on this gym! The staff is so friendly! The trainers rock regardless of how stressful your schedule .they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and apart of the team! So excited and thankful for the opportunity to train here! I also can not forget there program for crunch kids!!! They are as genuine as they come with tones of things to keep the children active. Your kids will always look forward to going to the gym with you!

Positive experience: Great gym. Only downside is the crowd because it’s the only place like it in town and the trainers can be a little pushy when they are taking up real estate for classes when the rest of us have paid to be there as well

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in Dothan. The music varies, which is already better than planet fitness, which seems to be dedicated to playing strictly garbage. I use my own music anyway, but if my wireless setup runs out of battery, the music is usually ranging from tolerable to pretty good. It’s rare that I can’t get on a machine or a bench or a spot by the dumbbells when needed. Plenty of space. Can be a little busy between 5-7 so you have less, but it’s still good. No stupid alarms for actually trying to lift weights, no stupid masks while you’re trying to breathe heavy (unless you just want to), and no idiotic rules about using a 1$ water gallon jug if that’s your choice of beverage container. Yes, I’m throwing all the shade at planet fitness, but also this gym is great, functional, and a good place to focus and get it done. The childcare especially helps with this. There’s also a ton of additional things you can take advantage of there like classes and such, I don’t, but it’s there. Easiest 5 stars I ever rated.

Fantastic experience: So far, so good. The initial orientation and registration was promt, informative, and professional. Everyone made me feel welcome answered all of my questions. Over all not a bad place at all, but the Covid 19 outbreak is ruining the whole deal.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out at the new Crunch gym. I particularly like the HITT zone there is so much there that even a 65 year old can enjoy and get excited about when working out. The equipment is easy to use and there is space enough for everyone to workout and have room. I have had questions on several occasions and there was always someone that could help me and give suggestions to enhance my routine. They are taking Covid 19 precautions with hand washing and temperature checks upon entering and they have people working on keeping everything clean and wiped down. I have always felt welcomed here and welcome everyone to check them out for themselves. There is plenty of parking out front and restrooms inside I believe are still available.

Fantastic experience: One great gym. With child care, helpful and great fun .. we go daily bases . Pleasant atmosphere and I'm not a fitness junky, but love I can go at my own pace. Lost 15 lbs and my legs, my back hurts less and could not hardly move. The treadmill is awesome..

Fantastic experience: I just visited Crunch Fitness yesterday everything's really clean in there and the people at the front desk was very helpful they answered all my questions really thinking about getting a gym membership there for me and my wife it would be very convenient as close to the house and they got Zumba there which that's a plus because my wife like Zumba looking forward to getting a membership there soon highly recommend Crunch Fitness everybody likes it

Fantastic experience: Well clean and neat organized club with extra amenities at a good price, theres everything piece of workout equipment that caters to everyone's fitness goals, I'm from the Chicago, IL and Detroit, MI and I have to say this Crunch Fitness location has a good diverse crowd of people of all different ages and everyone respects one another as if you respect them as well.

Fantastic experience: While the location has had some hiccups during construction, the staff have been absolutely wonderful providing information and updates as they were aware of them. I have walked through the facility and the amenities available will be nothing like I have seen in Dothan before. My wife and I are excited about the HIIT classes, and my son can't wait to get into the kids area.
