Movement Lab Ninja Training Grounds: Opinions
Fantastic experience: My son loves this place. Organized and super dun.
Fantastic experience: My kids love this gym, and the coaches are terrific. As a bonus, the bathrooms are very clean.
Fantastic experience: My daughter loves her classes and the employees here are very nice and have alot of patience with the participants. My child has been attending for almost a year and really enjoys it. If your curious about this place, they offer open gym Friday and Saturdays for you to try out. Just call to check time for age group. Owner constantly changes things around so new challenges are always there.
Fantastic experience: Had my son's 9th birthday party here. The host was great with the kids. He really had them excited and working up a sweat. A very nice guy to boot. Party ended with a bunch of very happy (and very exhausted) kids! Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality
Fantastic experience: Staff is really good. Kids have a great time. Fun way to focus on fitness.

Fantastic experience: Mlab is just an amazing gym to train at. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The obstacles are constantly changing. Arnold Hernandez is an exceptional gym owner. Highly recommend this facility. 10/10
Fantastic experience: Great gym!!! Everyone that works here is amazing. Customer service is A++ Great place for kid birthday party's or just to around as adults.
Fantastic experience: Best place ever
Fantastic experience: Movement Lab was a really fun place to bring my active son, Lucas. Michael, a trainer/coach was fun, energetic and has an amazing personality, perfect for young boys. The obstacle course consists of swinging by your arms, pulling up with your core, pushing off with your legs and balancing. It's a great place to learn how to center yourself and focus when challenged.
Fantastic experience: Great place for your inner ninja to come out and explore. Kids can train as can adults.
Fantastic experience: I've never done ninja training before and it was so fun! Arnold showed me some good techniques on the trampoline and he even set up a course for me. These guys are very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. This is a good way to work out, have fun, and try something a bit challenging and different.
Fantastic experience: We are really loving classes here. A great selection of obstacles for the kids to play on. Were learning a whole lot gaining a lot of strength and having a lot of fun. Wonderful place for your kids to take classes
Fantastic experience: We love this place.

Positive experience: This dynamic gym offers ninja and parkour specific training for all levels. Classes and sessions are overseen by experienced professionals. My fiance goes here for open gym and it's perfect for meeting other athletes and building a progressive run throughout the entire gym.
