Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. I looked back tonight at my six month progress since working out at CSC, every single lift is up over 30% and I’m no longer getting time capped by Metcons. Amazing coaching, amazing community and great incorporation of indoor/ outdoor programming (when the weather permits).

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Very welcoming atmosphere, the coaches are fantastic and super helpful. And the gym is clean, which is a huge plus.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Steels Corners is really an amazing Crossfit box from the welcoming members, coaching staff, equipment and programming - this place was top notch. I dropped in here for a week and got great workouts every day and hands on tips from the coaching staff. I plan to get back to Crossfit Steels Corners the next time I visit Stow.
