Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism The gym has a lot of space and very clean. There is a great trainer, Seth. He was nice enough to help me out with a machine I was having trouble working with. Overall I would say the gym itself is very nice and the overall staff is very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism Instrument condition is very good, Each people are nice to one another looks like a friendly community. The trainer is very professional in all ways, I like my trainer. This year I really wanted to be slimmer and my trainer helped me a lot. Highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I visited the fuel bar and they have a variety of fresh-pressed juices and healthy smoothies made to order. They have healthy protein meat bowls with açaí, pitaya, kale, or chicken for lunch. I had a fresh juice and chicken bowl with asparagus - AMAZING

Fantastic experience: This gym is a great place to workout at or get some food. The members are very kind and respectful. Management is very active and is receptive to member concerns or desires. They have a fuel bar which serves delicious smoothies and clean meals that will not hamper the progress you are making in the gym, but rather build upon it. The machines and weights are somewhat dated but are well maintained. Dumbbells go up to 150lbs which can be useful for experienced lifters. There is a nice space for stretching. For beginner lifters the trainers are quite knowledgeable and can provide a lot of help developing a workout program. Overall I highly recommend this gym. The atmosphere is the best of any other gyms I’ve been to. In addition, they are 24hours which is fantastic given that most local commercial gyms are not.

Fantastic experience: Cheap membership is a plus. Gym is often sparsely filled so stations and weights are almost always open. But the big draw for me is they have an in house smoothie bar so you can have a shake ready as you finish up.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a dream come true! From great staff to great equipment and atmosphere! Everyone is kind and happy to help you and at the same time you have your privacy to work out and not be bothered! Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism This gym has always been and amazing place to get a workout in. This place is very clean and the staff is great, and the vibe is relaxed/non-competitive. I asked a question to a worker and they actually smiled and helped me find the answer. Wow, good customer service is rare.
