Onelife Fitness - Windermere Gym

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Atlanta Fitness for a few years now. I find the staff to be very friendly, and the equipment is well maintained and very clean. In fact, they just swapped out most of their cardio machines for brand new machines. The gym still looks brand new, and they continue to add new equipment and expand options. I love the classes (I am going to one this morning). I have friends who have frozen and cancelled memberships, and then re-instated, and nobody has ever complained about an issue with their credit cards. I have never had any unauthorized charges. The price of membership is beyond fair. They have everything from personal training to group training to classes ... the 30 minute express workout ... universal machines... free weights... and everything in between. I don't think it is a big deal to bring your own towel. There are plenty of classes that are included in the membership. Spin, Power, Synergy, Zoomba, Combat, Step... are all included. This location has never had "hot yoga"... so I have no idea what that other reviewer is talking about.

Fantastic experience: after being a lifetime fitness member for 6 years @ $60/month, i was very happy to find atlanta fitness. it's very clean, staff is friendly, and the facilities are more than adequate. they have all the newest machines ( some that even lifetime DIDN'T have) plus lots of group fitness classes. i was happy that they price membership "a la carte"...i don't use a lot of the "extras" (which is what i was paying for at LTF) so my membership is the basic one - $28 a month. my teenager is only $18.... very happy and i can use any of their locations.

Fantastic experience: Its limited yes, but the staff are incredible and it has everything you absolutely need in a gym. Everything. The gym goers here are very kind and courteous as well so no need to feel ashamed or nervous around anyone

Fantastic experience: Great staff, both trainers and front desk. Been here 8 years and have seen many renovations over the years to accommodate the growing member base. (expanded weight floor, put in saunas, etc.) Fairly clean for a gym too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this gym since January 2022 after being at the one at Vickery for a year and a half, this is my preferred location. The staff members are pleasant, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the machines are never out of order. I have yet to see one broken machine on the floor. Just recently, I completed eight personal training sessions with Pablo P. and I’ve seen a major difference. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He knows what he’s doing and I have never seen him talking away excessively or on his phone while with a client like I’ve seen other personal trainers do which is one of the reasons why I chose to work with him. He gives you his undivided attention at all times and the results show. Overall, this is a great gym and I pray it’ll only get better.

Fantastic experience: Our family LOVES everything about this gym. We have two young sons, who we drop off at the Kids Club while we work out. Every single Kids Club worker is so sweet, welcoming and friendly. They remember my kids' names and my kids interests. There is a lot to do there for kids of all ages! I love the group fitness classes, specifically Anne and Anita's Barre classes. They are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: We just moved here a couple weeks ago and recently joined Onelife and it has been amazing - truly because of the people who work there! They make the gym a welcoming environment. Jonathan at the front desk has helped my kids and me get to and from our car in the pouring rain on multiple occasions. It was so unexpected and helpful!! He makes sure to greet us daily and helps us get to the kids club safely. We love the kids club and all the workers there (Sarah, Bridgette, Grace, Caitlyn, Nicole, Rogan, Madeleine, Bella just to name a few!). They do such a good job of keeping our kids safe, entertained, and happy. Additionally, George and his crew do a fabulous job of keeping the gym in tip top shape! They are always working hard to ensure the gym is cleaned up and in order.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out here for about 7 weeks now and I ABSOLUTELY love it! I’ve been apart of a gym before, but this one is top notch. They offer so many resources and the staff is always smiling and so helpful. For the first time in my life, I’m truly excited about working out and know that I’m doing it RIGHT, thanks to my trainer, Quinn and Delnorte, who got me connected with Quinn. I’ve only worked out with him maybe 5 times, but I can already feel the difference it’s making. I’m so grateful my husband put me on to this place. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought it was kind of expensive. But, It’s definitely worth every penny and you get what you pay for and so much more. On my tour, I asked a guy working at the front, Johnathan, I think is his name, what made this place different from others and he said the family feel. There’s definitely a family feel and a sense of care you get here, I feel it every time I go. Hyuk, the general manager is awesome too! I got a little over heated after a workout and he took time to nurse me back to health. Overall, it’s a really great place with really great people. I’m looking forward to longevity here.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Onelife Fitness @ Windermere for several years and have always found the entire staff to be very polite, professional and helpful. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help , Jonathan is always smiling and welcoming with his big smile which is contagious! George works hard to keep the place clean and the machines in good working condition. If I need help with how a machine is beneficial to me he stops what he doing if he can, or will shortly find me and answer my question. I’ve never had any negative issues with anyone there.. Fantastic experience: The place is good if you have children and if you want training this place has so many excersices milkshakes workout exercises and best of all A kids club so you would want to go here for your fitness

Fantastic experience: My wife and I love this gym, we mainly use the classes, and we really enjoy them, and have definitely noticed a change in ourselves since we started. The Kids club is AMAZING, both of our kids enjoy it, especially our 2 y.o boy, it's quite literally his favorite place to go! All of the staff are spectacular , and they never stop telling us how much they love the kids. Kaytelyn and Caroline are defiantly some of our the boy's favorites, they're awesome! Laura is also wonderful. With the kids enjoying it so much it gives me that extra insensitive to go to the gym, thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: My experience at OneLife has been great! Pablo is the best trainer, and really good to work with if you’re going to do personal training here! On top of that, the staff is really nice and friendly to have conversations with. The trainers are all always so helpful and will make your experience at the gym comfortable and worth it!

Fantastic experience: Onelife Fitness Windermere is a gym with friendly and helpful staff. I started training with Sophia Condensa five months ago and my weight is down 20 pounds, muscle mass has inceased and fat mass has decreased. I can highly recommend Sophia to anyone looking for a trainer. She changes up the exercises and keeps you motivated.

Fantastic experience: Ryan Stephens - he has been my trainer since the beginning of 2021 and I won’t ever change my trainer . Bcoz he is awesome, if I miss a class he makes sure I get it done another day, he is always pushing me towards my goals and i am thankful . I referred him to my friends already and he is the best . Also the staff is super nice and friendly and I love Shawna , always smiling and greeting everyone. Thanks guys ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Onelife Fitness around 6 months. I love this Gym. it is very clean; the equipment is well maintained and up to date. Even though there are a lot of members it never feels crowded. I also train weekly with one of their trainers Jacob Lindenmeyer. I have enjoyed working out with Jacob, he keeps the workouts fun and challenging. I would highly recommend both the Gym and their training staff.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and environment for working out. There are plenty of different types of machines to choose from - although bring your own lock for the lockers if you want them secured.

Fantastic experience: All I can said is the best gym ever. First the RPM indoor cycle class are the best. All the instructors are amazing and this is the only gym have this class every day… other gyms not…I been in this cycle class almost every day for 2 consecutive months and no complains. Also I want to add the bikes are the best (not the cheapest) very soft. is clean. Nice employees.. I’m so happy

Fantastic experience: Moved here and this gym is not even a mile from my neighborhood. Great friendly Staff and also great job maintaining the gym healthy and clean during this COVID-19 situation. They check everyone’s temperature before entry and have invested in some machine that helps keeps viruses away and even have wipe stations set up through out the gym by all the equipment.

Fantastic experience: Onelife Fitness is probably the best gym community one could ask to be a part of. Equipment is always kept in great shape, the staff is extremely friendly and likable, and the smoothie bar is the reason that I am always running out of money. I have made some great friends through this gym and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to get my gains!

Fantastic experience: I love the gym overall, it’s big but not too big, clean and not overcrowded. I wish they had a hot tub though I took PT Classed with Caitlyn H and I couldn’t be happier. The proper techniques I learnt, the strength I gained were awesome!! Plus it doesn’t hurt that she’s awesome I highly recommend the gym and a shout out to Carlos and Caitlyn H

Fantastic experience: This gym is fabulous. Very clean. Great circuit set up. Well laid out in terms of equipment placement. Cannot rave enough and I have belonged to several gyms. Good value for the money.

Fantastic experience: The gym staff is great and the facilities are very nice. For the price, this gym cannot be beat! Often times walking into a gym as an average joe can feel intimidating, and this gym definitely does not give you that feeling at all.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Onelife, Windermere since I moved close by 3 years ago. Have always liked that they will poll their members to see what they are looking for health wise and what machines they would like to see in the Club. They also keep expanding around Atlanta.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Gym!!!! You are always greeted with a friendly smile and hello every time you walk in. After being a member for awhile the staff learns your name which is very personable to me. The kids club staff truly care for your kids while you enjoy a workout. I love the group fitness and group exclusive classes. Would recommend to everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Very clean. Updated. I take Zumba and I love the instructors! They're amazing! I look forward to each class. I use the 30 minute workout area also. I like the small area it provides away from the main floor.

Fantastic experience: Wow...just Wow!! I have been to several gyms in the past and nothing has compared to this gym! From the moment you walk in, the staff is right there ready to help you out. Not bombarding you with signing up, just there to help with a friendly smile. When I got there, Jason showed me around the facility and with every turn I was amazed. The group fitness room was clean, clutter free, and very large and spacious! Nothing like I have seen before! The child care facility was spotless as well, which is nice to know when I have to bring my kids. Jason then showed us to the big open room with all the equipment and what it has to offer. The floors had just recently been done and he said some of the equipment was about to be replaced. Nice to see that a gym is keeping up with the equipment! All the different weight equimpent, cardio equipment, as well as cardio room, circuit area and so much more. This gym has everything, except a pool, that one would need! The women's locker room was just beautiful! I took the group exclusive class and it was phenomenal. The size of the room and the trainers were just amazing. I got to meet Natalia, as well as other trainers during that class. Natalia was so motivating and encouraging, it is just what I needed! I would highly recommend this gym to everyone! Thank you for showing me that a gym really cares for its customers!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Over the past 10 years, have been a member of Lifetime Fitness, Georgia Fitness, Stage 3 Fitness and I am so happy to have discovered One Life!! It combines the more intimate feel of a smaller gym with the facilities and equipment of a large high-end gym! The locker rooms are beautiful and the group fitness studio is large, bright and airy. The group exclusive classes are also amazing. These classes offer one on one attention, while still remaining budget friendly. I particularly love working out with Melissa Joy, but have enjoyed all the trainers and staff that I've encountered. I would highly recommend One Life to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Atlanta fitness since 2014. Just moved to Windermere location and I am thrilled. The classes are great and instructors are awesome. Classes have gotten a bit crowded since a local gym closed, but they are tolerable. Only complaint is tanning bed lamps are terrible and need to be changed.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you to Ashley, I go the gym every morning at 5:30 and she is always their with a smile on her face and greeting everyone in a friendly manner. It is very refreshing too se her every time I walk through the door.
