Fantastic experience: I love how inclusive The Hangout is! Every age & fitness level is welcome. The classes are fun and effective. You don’t need more than 45 min or an hour to get in a great workout. Every class starts with a prayer of thanks and protection from the Lord which is also amazing.

Fantastic experience: I stopped in while I was in town, and loved this gym. I was honestly surprised that Crossville had a Spartan gym with such effective workouts. I would encourage anyone that wants to improve their fitness to stop in and get a workout. I will definitely make it a priority whenever I am in town.

Fantastic experience: I attended my first class today with Jenny and Jeremy thanks to my sweet friend Maggie inviting me to join her. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the facility. It was very nice with lots of different equipment and stations set up! Lots of people showed up, so Jenny quickly shuffled the workouts around to accommodate everyone and made sure everyone felt welcomed and had everything they needed before the workouts started. I loved how she started off the group with a prayer and continuously encouraged everyone in the room as they completed the circuit stations. They also had complimentary water, towels, and snacks on hand should anyone need anything. The Hangout Gym feels more like a family atmosphere rather than a bunch of strangers in a cold gym (I didn’t know anyone besides my friend that invited me). When a new business starts you can easily see whether or not the owners have a passion for what they do and enjoy sharing it with others, you can certainly tell Jenny and Jeremy both have a passion for fitness and Jesus and enjoy sharing both with others, and I’m so thankful to have taken a part of their class today. I will for sure be coming back again in the near future!
