Fantastic experience: My kids and I love this gym. They have poolside movie nights and lots of activities for families. They also have good equipment that works unlike other gyms I’ve been to. The sales lady Annie went above and beyond to help my mom who has a disability. Everyone is friendly and I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, lived in mandeville, NOLA, and miami and this class has remained the BEST one I've ever taken. Heather is the most wonderful instructor I've even had the pleasure of following.

Circuit Training Area; Free Weights Area & Numerous Classes; Large Area of Elliptical & Treadmill Machines, too. Wonderful Gift Shop & Indoor Restaurant! Something for Everyone. Family Oriented & Free Parking. Poolside Restaurant Dining via ordering on phone and notification by phone when ready. Pick up by poolside cafe.

Fantastic experience: 9 months ago I wrote a review about the dining room and food. I’m writing another one bc I have to give credit where it’s worth! I’m excited to say that Franco’s has been expanding and improving their food court area and menu options. It looks like they have partnered with Chomp Nola, which is very exciting. I also think it really speaks volumes of a business who responds thoughtfully to customer’s reviews, which was the case in my original review. Thanks Franco’s for being a growing and dependable health club for over 3 decades.

Fantastic experience: Family oriented, friendly staff, clean environment, lots of space, plenty of options for workouts, childcare, senior programs, boutique, hair salon, spa, and pool with slide.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Kudos the Franco's and their exceptional staff. I felt completely safe. Classes were great. Daycare is THE BEST! Remember to download their APP so that you can reserve a spot up to 48 hrs in advance. Your phone will tell you what is available and when.

Fantastic experience: My kids do swim team here in the summers. I’ve been a member of all the clubs in Mandeville and I enjoy everything Franco’s has to offer. My only complaint would be in the details. Dirty ceilings and vents. Other than that, it gives a high end feel, and the service has always been top notch.

Fantastic experience: I went to get a Signature Facial with Amy. It was wonderful! I remember my first facial experience at another spa, I was basically told how ugly my skin was and pretty much felt like an old hag (I was only 20 years old). Amy didn't speak to me in this way. She told me what was good about my skin and gave me great suggestions for the areas I want to improve. She even sent me home with samples and instructions. Another thing I get iffy with is if I feel like products are being forced on me (which also happened with the first facial experience). It's obvious that Amy's (and the O spa team's) goal was for me to have a great experience and walk away feeling relaxed and beautiful. Which I did. I will definitely being going back. Also don't go there when you're hungry because the waiting room smells like oats and it makes you want to eat all the things.

Fantastic experience: I Received a facial service today in the OSPA and must say it was the best microdermabrasion I have had on the North Shore yet. They create a pleasant and professional experience with all of the staff, especially with spa techs like Debbie. I highly recommend any spa or facial services from the OSPA as the prices are reasonable and services is pristine.

Fantastic experience: Not sure why some of these reviews are what they are, but I love the O Spa. I’ve been going for over a year for facials with Debbie and she is fantastic! Great experience every time!!!!
