Fantastic experience: Pilates Plus Covington uses the Lagree method with the very first Lagree machine called the Proformer (not easy to find in the US). I have been doing Lagree for the past three years with different machine models and I was very excited to finally try the Proformer :) The workout is intense, you'll be challenged with each movement. The method works and you'll see rapid results. I love the community at P+, it is very strong. The instructors are kind, helpful, and very informative. I would definitely recommend Pilates Plus Covington as they have multiple classes any day of the week. My new favorite Lagree studio in Covington, LA :)

Fantastic experience: The Pilates Plus classes are the best bang for your buck I’ve found. By a long shot. After just a couple of months, and only 3 classes a week I’ve lost inches from my waistline. Didn’t change my diet at all. Every minute of the workout is impactful, to your entire body. The instructors are mindful, and individualize your workout to get the best results quickly! LOVE this place!!!

Fantastic experience: I love Pilates Plus! I started coming here in 2018 as my go-to studio when I am on the Northshore. The class is a tough workout, but the instructors here were encouraging from my very first class. When I started doing Lagree, I had only really done cardio (running, dance, etc.), HIIT, and yoga. I now think of this as by far the best way to work out—you can really feel your body become stronger and more capable the more you do it. At the same time, it’s low impact and hasn’t been tough on my knees and ankles like lots of cardio it HIIT classes out there. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to expand their menu of strengthening/toning workouts or even an exercise newbie who is dedicated to feeling a change in their bodies.

Fantastic experience: I love this workout! I have been going to Pilates Plus in Covington for approximately 6 months now and I can see and feel a difference. I am definitely stronger. For me, the workout is challenging because you have to focus on different aspects at one time (muscle group, balance, core, breathing) but it has never felt impossible and you are not expected to tie it all together right away. It is a consistent work in progress that has improved my strength, balance, and coordination. My clothes fit better and I have more confidence. All of the instructors are wonderful. They all have a different teaching style, which keeps it interesting and they are incredibly helpful in keeping you focused and motivating you. There are days when I feel energized and motivated to push myself and other days that I take it easier, but I am patient and kind to myself on those days because showing up and sticking to a workout has always been half the battle. I feel physically and mentally great because of the workout and it only takes 45 minutes, 2-3 times a week.

Fantastic experience: Finished my first class today, and it was amazing the instructor was very helpful and encouraging. Friendly environment. The class was challenging, and I left feeling very fullfilled. For anyone looking to up their weight trainning in the gym give this a go you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Well trained instructors and owners who are truly passionate about fitness, the Lagree technique, and their students. Convenient and abundant class times make it easier to get a workout in on a regular basis. Well maintained, super clean studio in a very convenient location.

Fantastic experience: If you want to awaken parts of your body you forgot you had AND feel alive(and dead at the same time) this Pilates studio is for you! If you aren’t OK with slightly dying during and after each session, though, keep scrolling! Exactly the motivation I was looking for to get back in shape!

Fantastic experience: Love this studio so much! The classes helped me to stay disciplined with exercising. It was something to look forward to each day! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and excellent at motivating you to push yourself! I felt myself getting stronger every class. Every workout was different + each instructor's unique style kept the workout experience feeling fresh.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this studio! Had a great workout after not working out for almost a year. They made sure my form was correct & that my springs were enough for me to handle. So glad to be back! Thanks Jordan, Brande, & all of the teachers here!

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I found this place! Although each workout is challenging I totally look forward to each class. After a few sessions I felt stronger and after 19 sessions I am stronger with more endurance and now better balanced. I definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked out here for two years now and pilates on the pro former machine has totally changed my body. The shape, everything. I’m so much stronger than I ever thought I could be and I love how it’s a low impact workout with incredible results! Don’t be mistaken, it’s hard, but without all the jumping around. Perfect for where I am in my life!

Fantastic experience: This is a great workout! I have been a member since 2013. The instructors are very knowledgable and go the extra mile to help answer any questions/concerns you I may have. It's one of the best full body cardio workouts while being relaxing at the same time.

Fantastic experience: The classes are always challenging! The workouts require concentration so I love going at the end of a stressful day where my mind must be focused on the moves instead of work. I leave class with my body exhausted and my mind clear! Brande and Jordan and all the instructors are great! I actually look forward to working out!!!

Fantastic experience: Brande and Jordan are great! For an intimidating environment with the machines, they really take the time to make sure your form is correct. The classes are small enough to maximize the benefits of a great workout. If you're looking for a tough workout, join Brande's classes.
