Fantastic experience: Excellent high end equipment and amazing staff. They are very effective with improving specific sport performance, injury recovery, and helping you achieve your optimal level. They don't do the typical annoying "just 5 more reps" attitude. Instead they learn what you are capable of and push you there and ensure you don't overdo it. Here's how it works: Walk in and ask any one to direct you to Kenny. Then tell them about what you want, whether it is full body Cryo treatment, localized cryo, hydro therapy, light therapy, general workout, workout group class, kids class, specific training for a specific position in a specific sport, recovery for specific injury, strength building, endurance, muscle mass, etc. They tell you what it costs and provide you with thorough details. The prices are extremely fair, and infinitely less expensive that physical therapy, etc.

Fantastic experience: The best training on the North Shore, full stop. The fitness center features the newest and most advanced equipment, as well as an adjoining post-workout recovery center. But what sets Limitless apart is the owner, Kenny, who knows his stuff. I worked with him for two months over the summer and saw incredible changes in my strength, physical appearance, and overall exercise knowledge. He is extremely knowledgeable and always kept the workouts interesting. For such an elite experience, Limitless is a tremendous value.

Great for me since I never know when I will be available for sure. Positive environment. Looks larger inside than pictures seem.
