Fantastic experience: Excellent massage. The therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They take care of your aches and pains in a customized way. You will want to come back as often as possible. The spa experience is relaxing and makes a great get-away from the busy day.

Fantastic experience: This place is my escape. I go to Lisa for my waxing, she is awesome! I recently had a facial by Lisa, and it was amazing. Lisa is very knowledgeable about the skin and different skin conditions and what products work best for your skin. The environment is very soothing and relaxing, I feel as if I am floating when I leave, even after a waxing.

Fantastic experience: I have never had a bad massage here. The staff is wonderful. Place is always super clean and smells great. Paula is the best massage therapist I have ever had. You can not go wrong at this place!

Fantastic experience: My first encounter with BodyCenter was at the Costa Mesa location. My wife and I and our friends who were married around the same date decided to get massages to celebrate our big day. We had we wonderful time. Most recently I decided to go to the Fountain Valley location. My back was hurting and the price was right, so I decided to give this location a try. Gale took great care of me and I walked out a new man. She give the best massages. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: What a great place to get pampered at an affordable price. The location is clean and the employees are friendly. Never had to wait passed my appointment time which is a plus for me. Can't wait to go back for a nice massage and take a little break from it all.

Fantastic experience: This Day Spa is one in a million. I say this because we can all find a place to get a GREAT facial and/or massage, but how often to you find a business that treats everyone as a special VIP guest. The customer service from the owners and their team is OUTSTANDING! I initially scheduled an appointment with this business because of the reviews. I had a bridal party gathering of 3 people that including facials and massages for us all. I also ordered the magnificent breakfast. They treated my party as if we were all friends. Not only was the food and the spa services great, but everyone was so personable and kind. Because of this experience, I scheduled the following week for my mother and her friend to receive spa services for her birthday. My mom said she felt like a queen after going to BodyCentre. The owners were so gracious they provided an impromptu birthday celebration with cake for my 71-year old mother. She stated she didn't realize how tense she was until her massage was completed and it was the best facial she'd ever had. This establishment is a must for your Day Spa needs.

Fantastic experience: I booked three appointments for myself, my mom and my sister. The online portal was easy to navigate but it was more convenient just to call in and ask questions during the booking as well. They were super communicative before even arriving and even more hospitable when we arrived. Mark and their entire staff were friendly and helpful during the whole process. My mom and sister really enjoyed their European facial and I had an awesome deep tissue massage. Evie gave me some good after care instructions and we’re heading back this week for another fun day at the spa!!

Fantastic experience: I had a ulna nerve issue years ago. My primary care doctor referred me to a surgeon. The surgeon said I NEEDED an Ulna Release where they remove a muscle in my arm and reroute the Ulna Nerve to make the path shorter. Instead, I enlisted the help of the BodyCentre Day Spa. I am very proud to say that within about a month, they got the symptoms under control and with a few more months of regular therapy, I have lived a regular life. The staff led by the leadership of Kelly, is nothing less than FIVE STARS. Thank you Kelly and your team!!!

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite treats for myself! Always have great deals and specials om massages and services! Love my facials with Marley! Kelly and Mark are super welcoming in the small spa and it smells heavenly when you enter! Kelly always has homemade baked treats for after treatment. We have booked special events here with girlfriends; breakfast followed by two treatments. Wonderful! Been following BodyCentre since 2007 to their locations and now drive from Redondo Beach. Worth it!

Fantastic experience: My friend and I were on a girls mini staycation. Called around noon for availability for a facial and massage. Lucky for us we got in that evening. We had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. We loved meeting their friendly dog Buddy. I got a facial with Jenna and I have to say that it was one of the best facials I’ve had in a very long time. She definitely has great technique. Thank you Jenna!! I will be coming back since I don’t live too far. To top it off we were offered a homemade slice of cake before we left. Omg it was delicious!!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place for massages and other body work. They even have a gym on-site. Fantastic staff and atmosphere, you instantly feel at peace once walking in. The parking in the front can get a bit full but theres parking on the side and rear of the complex. And the best part - they have homemade cookies in the front for customers! They are divine!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I had my first lymphatic drainage massage today with Michelle. She did a great job- she was very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. The massage itself was heavenly. I will be back for sure!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Body Centre Day Spa. I started going to get massages when I was in my third trimester and extremely uncomfortable. The entire team was so helpful and friendly. Because of Covid, they have been diligent about taking temps and wearing masks so I always felt safe. After I gave birth to my son I started experiencing severe Migraines. The owner suggested that I come try the barometric tank. I spent an hour in the tank and miraculously felt the first relief I felt in days. After getting out, they insisted that I get a quick neck and head massage which also was so helpful. The owners are so knowledgeable about overall health and wellness and they have a ton of bio-hacking devices at the Centre in addition to the spa services and a small gym. This place is the real deal and I can not recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: I had the best massage I've had in a long time! My massage therapist was Jasmine for an 85 minute deep tissue massage. Jasmine was confident in her technique and applied just the right amount of pressure, spending time on the areas she could tell needed more work which is exactly what I asked for. She was consistent throughout and never rushed even as the massage came to an end. I left the room feeling brand new and the effects have definitely lasted. My overall experience at the day spa was great, the staff was friendly and they had complimentary pastries to offer afterwards, just like the reviews say. I had also checked out their website prior to my appointment and was so excited to see that they are woman-owned and operated, with a diverse staff! I am more than happy to support a good business, especially in these times. I will definitely be back and booking with Jasmine again.

Fantastic experience: BodyCentre Day Spa now is my favorite destination for glowing skin and relaxation ! This spa is awesome. I’m impressed with how many services Kelley ( owner) offer. The staff is very professional, informative and have the personal touch that makes me very comfortable. You won’t find a better spa in OC! Kelley ( owner) and her team are the best of the best!!! It’s easy to ask questions and I learnt a lot...this spa offers quality work, delicious treat from Kelley . I love Kelley’s blue berry cake. It was so delicious !!! It is not too sweet like most of the blue berry cake! I am impressed with Kelley’s talent and her amazing personality! BodyCentre Day Spa always follow up to see how your treatment is doing. What a gem Costa Mesa has! My last visit, I had microdermabrasion facial with Marley and deep tissue massage with Cedric. Marley was wonderful and attentive to all my needs, from the friendly warm greetings, warm beds, calming music and perfect ambiance. she gave me a treatment specifically unique to my skin type. I’ve been following her self-care recommendations and have seen great improvement with my skin. Marley has so much knowledge to share and is so down to earth. Cedric gave me an amazing deep tissue massages. He has the magic touch that made me feel like I was in HEAVEN ! I will be back soon and will be recommending Marley for microdermabrasion facial and Cedric for deep tissue massage to all my friends

The place is beautiful and offers other bio-hacking services. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. This is my new go-to spot.

My sisters and I had a facial done, I don't remember the name of the lady who attended us, but she did a great job. I highly recommend this place, and as you can see already this place has great reviews. Sadly I won't be able to come since I live in Texas, but when I do visit ...this is a must place to come. Who ever owns this place, just want to say you've done an amazing job, your staff do a great job as well thank you.

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure and fortune of enjoying this place for over a year when I first met Kelly. She encourages more of a family setting than a staff where you're greeted with a smile and warmth every day. I started coming in for massages to help my back from work. Sonia is great and I hear is returning soon. I've been working with Mark for some time now in their gym and continue to learn more about myself through his direction and support. You've probably driven by and never noticed them, once you put your toe in the water and try them out you'll drive by and always think to just stop in and say hello.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! My fiance and I each got a facial and massage. We were both very pleased with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by the owner with awesome energy. You definitely get your moneys worth! We also enjoyed the homemade sweet treats! Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my experience at BodyCentre Day Spa - Costa Mesa. The staff are so friendly! The spa has beautiful, stylish decor and free fresh baked goodies on the counter — so yummy! I had a European Facial with Esthetician Marley Ramirez. Everything was organic, smelled great, and made my skin glow. She is so friendly and knowledgeable — can’t wait to return for another facial here.

Fantastic experience: I came up from San Diego because there’s nothing like this place nearby. The atmosphere was very welcoming and cozy. Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful picking out a service that fit my needs and skin. She knew everything about everything and directed me in the direction I needed. I went with the hot stone massage which was amazing. Asha is so strong and knew how to help me relax. The stones were a good temperature and used the entire time which was important to me. I also got the red carpet facial which was so fun and was done by Alex. I got to try all the fun treatments I see on Instagram and felt so rejuvenated afterward. When I walked out everyone even said so (and when I came in I was looking TIRED). Everyone here is very welcoming but most importantly they know their stuff which is vital at a spa and is hard to come by! I can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic experience: To Kelley and her entire staff, THANK YOU for making our experience absolutely wonderful! Our party can't stop raving about this place! I contacted BodyCentre Day Spa to schedule a special occasion for a bachelorette party. We were a group of 7 from out of town. Kelley went above and beyond and even provided additional service to make our visit that much more special. To start, she provided us with delicious homemade cupcakes and cider. We also got to meet Buddy who is the cutest! Even with last minute changes as my party decided to upgrade to different types of massage, Kelley immediately coordinate among her staff to provide the service. Massage rooms were very clean and inviting. The scented candles provided the perfect aroma to keep calm. All massage therapist were very attentive and very skilled in their expertise massages. AMAZING! I must say the level of customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. My entire party were very impress and wish to not leave! We only wish we had a spa like this in Texas! Definitely recommend! =)

Fantastic experience: Cedric was very nice and helpful. The massage was great. He also had a lot of recommendations for things I could do that would help in between sessions. He is very knowledgable. He had more recommendations than my doctor. I would highly recommend Cedric to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Really nice find on our visit to Newport Beach! Our family of four all got massages and starting with the booking of appointments by Kelly to the massages it was an overall great experience for all! Heather was amazing with the relaxation massage, working on every part of my body, using hot towels in between and even gave me a small head massage in the end! Loved it! Kelly and Mark are awesome and professional and made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely return!

Fantastic experience: They were able to see me on a weekday around noon without an appointment after a minimal wait (maybe 10 minutes). Pretty sure the esthetician, Marley, pushed her lunch break to fit me in. She was fantastic! Very professional, thorough, and current on trends/skin care developments. The staff are very welcoming, creating a stress-free environment and maintaining a spotless venue. Definitely would return next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: Love the new location along with all of the new services! Fresh bakes cookies and treats daily, cucumber water and herbal teas. The new gym, personal training, stage prep for competitions and all of the other services in the spa. Always clean and welcoming! Corporate catering for special occasions is off the hook!

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend got me a spa package as an anniversary gift. It was amazing!! I had never gotten a massage or facial before and I was extremely nervous leading up to it. Once I was inside, I just got even more nervous. I had a wonderful massage therapist, I wish I could remember her name but I was so nervous when she introduced herself to me I can't remember. As soon as I told her it was my first massage, she explained everything to me and she really helped me relax before the massage started. She was nothing short of amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience. She has set the bar extremely high! After that I got my first facial from Sandy and once again she was very attentive and did a fantastic job! I would recommend this to anyone! I am definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience: Have had a few massages with Cedric. He is a soft, gentle and polite young man, who’s massages are extraordinarily good. He is naturally intuitive and able to fine tune the session to what the body requires. Cannot recommend him highly enough. An absolute professional.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews but had to just commend the staff at the Body Centre on several counts today. First, the person who answered the phone was extremely courteous and helpful, even when I had to call back and reschedule for today instead of tomorrow. He went above and beyond to not only find me an appointment that worked for my schedule but also arranged that certain necessary accommodations were made. I didn't catch his name but he was great. The massage therapist I normally go to was not available and my appointment today was with Jules. She was excellent and adjusted her massage to accommodate my injured neck perfectly. Jules, thank you for a terrific massage! My neck hasn't felt this good since the accident!!

Fantastic experience: OMG!!! I came for the Saturday morning FREE boot camp with Mark & Kelley. I am in love with everything about them and their training. It is my 2nd time here. The first time it was a handful of people in the parking lot working a hard core kick my bootie boot camp. The 2nd time here we were I the gym with a handful of people. Mark took the time to walk me through motion of the weight, aligning the body, and getting a LOT out the circuit training. Kelley then handed me a complimentary blueberry bliss bar (all healthy) and eggs with homemade salsa. They wanted to make sure I ate, so they gave them both to me out of care and not profit. Check them out on Saturday’s at 7 am for boot camp. You will feel their passion, love, and commitment to others living a better life.

Fantastic experience: I went there almost a week ago and to say I was a little nervous is a bit of an understatement. I had never gone to a spa before and my mom said that she loved this spa in particular because the staff was very kind, the rooms were incredibly clean, and the massage therapists were nothing short of professional. I am very pleased to say that they were all of that and then some! When I come out in that direction again, I am most definitely going to set up an appointment with them! Thank you again ladies!!
