Fantastic experience: I've dropped in a few times with Ben and the rest of Crossfit Balboa as I've visited family in Newport Beach over the past year or so. They have a great culture, really high quality coaching, and great programming. Its a very accessible community as well, very open to drop-ins and new members! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout with great people!

Fantastic experience: What a welcoming and supportive gym! It’s been six months since I last went to a gym due to health reasons, lost all my muscles and was very nervous about CrossFit. The coach made me feel right at home and was able to tailor the class to my needs. Highly highly recommend, thank you!! Warning: there’s also a suuuuper cute frenchie here. She’s well behaved though and a highlight as well.

Fantastic experience: I own a gym in Colorado and travel all the time for work visiting CrossFit gyms everywhere. This was the friendliest gym I have visited. Amazing warmups, awesome coaching and great members. The programming was great too. We visited 4 gyms during our trip to Newport Beach, and this was our favorite. Great Job!!! Fantastic experience: I started with CF Balboa in 2013 with no background in CrossFit and I was looking for a good off season training program. The coaches at Balboa have been excellent in working with members of all different skill levels and abilities, they have personally helped me work through injury (not CrossFit related), flexibility and even nutrition. The best part of Balboa is the community of members, there is a reason that most CF Balboa members come together socially as well as in the gym.
