Fantastic experience: The technicians are wonderful, and contribute to a feeling of "family" with the other clients. They are supportive, positive, friendly , professional, and work their "butts" off, all with a smile! The exercises are excellent, challenging yet modified to those who need it. The leadership is awesome... I could attend many other exercise programs, but choose Cortland Jazzercise due to the staff...they are caring, kind, and make me feel uplifted when I attend... Love it..and thanks wholeheartedly to the supportive crew!!!
