Fantastic experience: I have lived here since 1987 and been a member of various gyms. When mine closed, I toured all we had. I chose Vine Health and Fitness. NO REGRETS!!!! The owner prides herself on perfection and that is what you get: modern, immaculately clean, spacious, fresh face towels provided for work-outs and bath towels available with lockers for showering. Cool eucalyptus towels are on both ends of the gym for post-workout! There are many fitness and nutrition programmes running. Access is easy with ID bracelets of cards from wee morning hours till 11 pm. Free weights, Precor circuit weights, numerous cardio machines, VINE has it all! Alex at the desk creates a super welcoming atmosphere! Trust me- don't look elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I've been here for about 4 months now and this is hands down the best gym in the area. All the equipment is brand new and kept clean and in perfect working order. Attention to detail is evident. The customer-base seems to be educated people focused on authentic health and wellness goals. It's a nice change of scene from the typical fitness facilities which fail to inspire in almost everyway.
