Heart and Core Yoga Studio

Fantastic experience: Our family spends several months in the Summer in the area and I found out about Heart and Core through a Google search. . The studio has many plants and beautiful artwork and the equipment available is great. The instructors are very well trained and just great people overall! The cost is super fair and the other people taking the classes have been very kind. I would very much recommend giving this place a try. I’ll miss it.

Fantastic experience: I have had decades of massage for relief from injuries, physical exercise and illness. Today, I received a one hour massage from Sherry and it was the BEST massage treatment I’ve ever had. No kidding. Her knowledge of physical therapy combined with massage protocol is unmatched. I highly recommend Sherry.
