Fantastic experience: The owner/management has a keen eye for the needs of the gym-goers and consistently has improved the quality of the facilities. Many people were doing hip thrusts using benches/padded boxes, so they got a machine specific for hip thrusts. Great addition. The squat racks have had deadlift platforms attached to accommodate more people during busy hours and it has been a massive improvement. There have been many other small/big changes in the gym that are very noticeable and showcase that the owner truly cares about making this a good gym. For the limited amount of space available, it has been wonderfully set up and is second to none in Marin.

Fantastic experience: Despite the fact that the pandemic has affected many businesses. this place has known how to maintain the conditions of igiene for users. the locations of the equipment in the parking lot has been a very good strategy. however there are users who are not very nice to others, and it would be good if the gym had messages of inclusion and positivism.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great. It has everything necessary to get a great workout, and the clientele seems friendly and chill. The only thing I would change is the mix tape. I'm thinking Van Halen I, maybe some Ozzy, classic Led Zeppelin, Rush, etc.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this gym for over a year now and I honestly think it’s one of the best gyms from sausalito up to Terra Linda. It is much cleaner than the nasty 24 hour fitness across the freeway. The staff is supportive. There are plenty of options to use for a workout. Also they do fitness classes as well for anyone who enjoys group fitness. A much better choice than competing gyms around.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym with friendly staff, and although it is rather small people are generally courteous and if you need space to perform plyometrics or bodyweight workouts people will make space for you. The room where classes are held is also open for use when there is no class.

Fantastic experience: The equipment is organized in the gym like a jigsaw so you don't have a TON of space, but you'll always find what you need and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I love that there are three full-length walls of dumbbell weights so you're never at a loss for those. Great price for the value.
