Fantastic experience: I joined Bayside in 2015 and I cant say enough how much I reccomend to others. These women are strong and know exact routines to help you feel more confident and reach your goals. Very pleased with the whole team here and all that they do to make sure the facility is clean and comfortable to give it your all.

Fantastic experience: Bayside Pilates is a great addition to Cape Cod Health and Fitness. The instructor is amazing and knowledgeable. In addition to the reformer work, the tower work is awesome!! Best Pilates reformer classes I’ve ever been to!!!
