Positive experience: This is a pretty good fitness center overall. The staff seem attentive and friendly. The weight area seems clean and is cleaned often. I also like the go when you want ability. The location is good. The environment is about average (temperature, humidity etc.) based on recommended guidelines (no gym ever succeeds with these guidelines though). However, as someone with an extensive fitness background, there are some MINOR areas for improvement. Clean the aerobic equipment more often. I think the "touched" parts are cleaned enough, but the untouched areas are not. The "personal trainers" lack training and, I dare say, ability and knowledge. Yes, they all seem like there are in good physical condition, but that does not a trainer make. They seem more like the stereotyped counters of reps vs. the people who start with gross motor movements and motivate someone to improve. My final quibble is the layout is a little odd and slows the flow of a workout. Aside from these minor concerns and a few others not really worth mentioning, this is a good, cost effective choice. The members are nice and polite as well. I also appreciate and respect the ability to pay for six months without a commitment--a one time fee. I have recommended this to colleagues and friends who live close by, and they have joined. No fitness facility is perfect and as consumers we need to vote with our dollars. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: LOVE Flex Fit! I go to the Saratoga location. Awesome staff, they make you feel so comfortable and are so nice! Great equipment and they have the BEST trainers, I train 5 times a month with Andrew! If you can't afford a trainer, the classes are awesome! With a 4 year old its so hard to do anything without a sitter but Flex has an excellent child care. My son always looks forward to the gym. The girls are so sweet and are so good to my baby!!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, super clean bathroom, treadmills are great and awesome free weight equipment! Just need more benches and squat racks. Also super affordable for what you get!

Positive experience: Love my gym. It's convienent, and has all the equipment I need. Staff is friendly, but one person can ruin a good thing. Since I've been going I have noticed the man who cleans with the backwards hat gets pretty close with mop and vacuum when I'm working out, and others as well. It never bothered me to the core until I brought a guest with me recently. We were using the deadlift platform, and he came through, stood on the platform, plugged in his vacuum, and began vacuuming while still standing on the platform we were using. We patiently waited for him to move, and he did. He gets very close when cleaning, he will vacuum/mop at your feet and up to my bag on the floor. Never says excuse me, or waits for me to finish in the area. He never uses caution cones for mopping in gym or in studio, which is a hazard. He acts like I am in his way which is not the case. It's very awkward for me.

Positive experience: It's nice to have 24 hour acres to a gym. It gets crowded around 630-9 p.m. The staff is nice, and they offer personal training and nutrition. The downside is that they only have 1 bench press and 1 squat rack, making it frustrating at times to follow a specific training plan. Good amount of cardio equipment and they recently got a small, 2-3 person dry sauna.

Fantastic experience: From the first time I walked into they gym to sign up, each associate has been very helpful and attentive. They offer so many wonderful classes, trainers, and cardio options. I finally decided to really commit to my health, so I had consultation with Brian who set me up with a trainer(Drew) and nutritionist(Adam) through Bodies By Adam. The pricing varies depending on what you take advantage of. I feel encouraged and pushed to succeed every time I walk in. I would recommend joining this gym and really committing to your health as soon as you can! You won't regret it!

Shes the greatest part of Flex Fit, amazing energy!! Give her a raise and keep her apart of the team, shes an irreplacable assest.
