Fantastic experience: My daughter trained at Integral during her Senior year of High School. I have to say she was definitely prepared for the next level. During her first week in college, my daughter let me know how grateful she is to have worked with Nick. Nick not only trained her to be physically fit but he communicated what to expect in college which has been beneficial for my daughter. One year later;The summer program was great for my college girl. She learned new information and was very grateful to work with Nick and his crew again. The knowledge Nick shares with his students has been greatly appreciated by my college girl.

Fantastic experience: Experience at Integral AO was great. Although we did the 4 week High School prep, it was just enough experience for him. He is an in coming 7th grader and I would highly recommend this program to all athletes of all levels. My son came home with a new attitude towards working out, training, and especially diet and recovery. He has also inspired me to to take more care of myself. We will definitely be returning for more workouts and camps. Thank you to all the coaches.

He loves going to these classes every week cause they push him mentally and physically in a positive direction. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and accommodate these workouts to meet the needs of every age group. We highly, highly recommend Integral Athletic Optimization to everyone. Fantastic experience: I found IAO online, and signed up my 10 year old son for the speed and agility class. The classes were well organized, and challenging enough for my son. To me it appeared they focused on learning proper form and fundamentals to build off as they grow and develop, and increasing lower body strength. Nick has an indoor gym and outdoor turf area to accommodate a variety of trainings. It’s a great service for the community, and I would recommend to student and adult athletes looking to improve their performance.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place for structured workouts for athletes from people that know what they're doing. After quarantine Integral gave Rios baseball a place to go and workout and I loved it along with everyone in the organization that attended. I am now going into my Junior year and mainly work with Nick Kern and Justin Owens. These two men know what they're doing and I trust them to help me take care of my body and get on the field and be the best player I can be.

Fantastic experience: Son has been attending various classes for speed/agility and strength training and within this year he has greatly improved his speed but the biggest impact we have seen has been with his muscle development. This strength has had a great impact with his baseball game, both offensively and defensively. Special thanks to Nick and the coaches for helping to ensure proper form, technique and nutritional advice to care for the whole person.

With that said the trainers are so aware of what they need to work on for a day to day basis while still being able to perform on the field. The communication with the staff is also top notch. Fantastic experience: I having been taking my daughter there for the summer to increase her time in track/field. Nick and Justin have been amazing. They work so well with my daughter and her confidence has improved so much over these last couple months. This company would be the place to go for any sport for improvement or training. They run outstanding agility workout for kids as young as 10 all the way up to high school aged groups. The group workouts are designed to maximize strength while keeping your player as athletic as possible. My boys have been training there for the past year and I am beyond happy with their progress. My sons look forward to their sessions every week. They would train with Nick and Justin every day if their schedule allowed. The speed/agility and strength classes are so important to their development as athletes.
