Fantastic experience: Solid, no frills gym with a large functional fitness area. Huge pain point of mine is all these expensive gyms don't have areas for deadlifting and kettlebell training, and focus more on machines. This gym has a good balance of both.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. I honestly always feel welcome every time I come in. The manager Mr. Leo so helpful and goes out of his way to help me understand proper workout form and what muscle groups to be working out throughout each day. I'm very pleased with the environment and how clean the gym is. Everyone is so kind and respectful. Lots of machines and weights where I do not have to wait to do what I got to do I love it and that's why I would recommend it to anyone.

Positive experience: Gym was nice and the assistant general manager Denise was extremely helpful and should have a raise. Terrible communication with the manager. I canceled my membership on February 20. Manager didn't respond until three emails later letting me know my membership is canceled. I was charged again for another month even though I canceled my membership. Turns out I am in a contract that I signed which is understandable. I am obligated to pay that contract. Although not one single time in my conversation was it explained to me that I was still in a contract. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Recently just signed up through Isiah, good kid and jubilant and passionate staff. The layout is simplistic with everything you'll need. Only two downsides is there is no gym eye wear for tanning beds and no pool. Aside from that, 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Crunch are so incredibly nice and welcoming. They truly make your gym experience better with their great attitudes and customer service (and let’s be real, who really likes talking to people so early in the morning and at the gym). The gym is always super clean, and Crunch offers such affordable pricing for everything they include in their membership. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great gym run by even better people!

Fantastic experience: I am enjoying a nice new gym that opened close to my home! I did about 20 personal training sessions with Nick, all good and he knows how hard to push you. I am rehabilitating from a Knee replacement and I have a bad back, so he really helped me get over the hump to wellness and strengthening my knee and core! I like going to the classes and doing a few extra strengthening machines.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym... besides being close to home the staff is great and friendly. It is clean, great equipment to work out, and positive environment... they offer group classes but you have to pay for them. They usually have good promos going on to sign up for personal training, group classes or joining the gym. I have also received text messages asking about my experience and providing promotions for friends and family. I have worked with a great personal trainer, Paul, for about three months and he is amazing, he cares for my physical strength and has motivated me to continue working out. I was able to see results in my body and feel even better about me... He would still answer questions about equipment or any excercise even when our sessions are almost over ... I try to avoid big crowds, so I usually visit late mornings...overall I would recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Was given a free pass from my apartment since my apartment gym is under construction. Crunch is a small gym, and it wasnt crowded. All of the staff were polite and helpful. Nothing seemed shady. I will probably buy a membership when I need to buy a gym membership in the next year or so.

Fantastic experience: HIIT classes are challenging and fun and Stephanie is the best HIIT trainer there! The classes are filled with people of all ages and fitness levels and we all get in a great workout! I highly recommend trying out her classes!

Membership was very easy and the staff is very friendly - it is nice to be greeted by name when I enter - what a great special touch....thank you LJ! Nick H is an awesome personal trainer. I haven’t been to a gym in years and Nick is exactly what I needed to get started on the path to healthy-fit living. I highly recommend Nick to help you obtain your fitness goals. Fantastic experience: Great new gym with tons of equipment and super friendly and helpful staff. The membership pricing is super affordable as well. They have a hydro massage room and tanning rooms which is awesome! They have tons of classes and a great HIIT zone. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Went there on grand opening. Like the equipment, the staff, and for now.... The cleanliness. One thing I didn't like was that some equipment is poorly positioned around the premises.
