Fantastic experience: After moving from NJ, I was looking for a gym to go to that I could come and work out and be swarmed by a lot of people. This gym is nice because I can bring my girlfriend, who is also a member, and work out together and she does not feel overwhelmed by the machines and the amount of people. They also offer four free personal training sessions, which is so nice for someone looking to get on the right track in their workout program. No matter what time I go in, there is never more than 7 people in the gym. Matt has done a great job organizing the gym for someone who is not familiar with the machines by grouping them together by body part. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my choice in gyms and cannot be happier at CoreFit.

Fantastic experience: Core is a great gym to get in and out quickly. The staff are friendly day in day out. The gym stays clean daily, which is very important to most of us. Out of three gym memberships that I have obtained, Core is the best one yet. I suggest that you give them a try if you are in the area.

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with my experience at CoreFIT! The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-kept, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Since the gym has a smaller number of members, it is never crowded and you can always use the machine or equipment you want. Having a monthly membership and not having to sign a contract is another great feature, and I don't feel like I'm being used for money but rather that I am a valued member of the gym. I have only positive things to say about this fitness center and have recommended it to all my friends!

Fantastic experience: Love CoreFit 24/7! Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Brand new equipment- always sparkling clean. I like that I can go up to the staff and ask for help with how to use the equipment. It is great to go to a friendly gym where I do not feel like just a number!

Fantastic experience: Wanted a gym that was accessible when I wanted to work out and had a staff that could work with me to allow me to exercise without furthering injuries. The facility is excellent with extensive equipment well maintained ans always clean to satisfy clients of any age, fitness level, and program intent. The staff is interested and attentive to the physical well being of the clients. The personal trainers are certified and excellent. The staff knows me and is friendly and interested in my progress.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this gym for almost a year, and have never had a single thing to complain about. The staff members are friendly and welcoming, providing a warm atmosphere for current and new client. It has a great variety of work out equipment and machines for beginners and/or exercise veterans.I would definitely recommend it to anyone new to the area or looking to change up their gym membership!

Fantastic experience: I just joined the gym recently and I really like it. The gym is not too big but it is not small either. The equipment is in great condition and seems to be the most up to date versions of the equipment. I always have access to the equipment that I want to use as well which is a plus. The best part is I can walk from my apartment to the gym and it takes about a minute.

Fantastic experience: CoreFit 24/7 is the cleanest gym I have been a member of, ever. The bathrooms are spotless, smell clean, and offer complimentary toiletries. The equipment is clean, in excellent condition, and there is no shortage...more than enough free weights, machines, and cardio equipment (which each have a TV mounted on them.) I love the training room that offers functional/metabolic training equipment so I am never bored with my workouts. The friendly and approachable staff always greet me by name and have created an inviting environment that is not intimidating or over crowded like most gyms in the area. They are always willing to answer questions or provide workout tips. Best of all, they have no contracts!

Fantastic experience: This is the first gym that I have ever actually loved going to. I joined about a month ago and am down 4% in body fat. It's all most never busy and Tommy the trainer is awesome. He really works with me to modify my routines. The owner Matt actually remembers who I am and always makes me feel welcome.

Family owed, 24/7, Best equipment, very clean, trainers are highly skilled trainers, positive environment, owner is there working out and involved. Females are not bothered; men are great role models for younger crowd. Best gym ever. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Corefit has been one of the best gyms I've ever been a part of. I love that its a smaller, family owned gym because everyone knows each other and we all treat each other with respect. Corefit's saying "where members become family " is nothing short of true. The atmosphere is comforting and all of the members are serious and committed to their health which displays a great image for the gym and the surrounding community. I can't think of any other 24 hour gym that doesn't get crowded and you don't have to wait for equipment. In my opinion, you can't get a better gym in the Lake Norman area!!

Fantastic experience: At first I was really scared about coming to a new gym but I am so glad I choose CoreFit. Coming in they made me feel welcomed and took the extra effort to get to know me and understand my fitness goals. All of their staff members are extremely helpful and nice. The gym is also well maintained and kept clean at all times. I would recondment CoreFit to anyone looking for a new gym or a gym to start at!

Fantastic experience: Not overcrowded, 24 hrs, no one asks to jump in your set like other places..no corporate bs policies like " planet shhhtness" no "big brother" telling you what you can or cannot do, towels provided at front desk. The only slight disadvantage (personally)is the lighting in the main part of the gym at night, that's not a complaint, I just wish the lights were brighter so I could see my muscles popping better.(that's the only thing I would improve on),(The 2 other parts of the gym are well light).. all the equipment necessary for gainzz!!

Very professional staff and trainers like Latrone Walters, who are both knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this gym to anyone wishing to further their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: On top of the gym being spotless and securely accessible 24-7, they credited me with my missed personal training sessions for the duration of the month I was out of town on a business trip. Matt was cool beans about it all. Friendly too!

Fantastic experience: This is a great neighborhood gym with a wide variety of machines and options for working out. All cardio machines have their own TVs, you can hook up your phone to the machine or to Wifi, and they have their own music playing in the background. It is a family owned business and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their establishment. Everyone is extremely friendly, and the personal trainers are excellent. It never seem too crowded, and there is more than enough room for everyone to get in their workout no matter what time of day. They also really are open 24-7, which is extremely convenient! This is a great gym and I highly recommend it!
