Fantastic experience: I can't stress enough how much blue print has changed my life. I came to blue print for my mental health when going through the lowest time of my life. Those trainers (specifically Akeem and Riah) have no idea how much I appreciate them for just doing their job and teaching me and pushing me. I am greatful we workout in almost darkness with the music blasting because there have been many times I was hitting that punching bag and just broke down crying as I left my stress, anger, hurt, and sadness right there on that bag.
