Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best place to find your inner, fit you. I have never been a fan of group dance workouts or working out in a room full of mirrors. Blueprint has found the right mix of high energy, blue lighting and a fast/at your own pace workout that made me less anxious and more focused. Any age, any ability will appreciate what this place can do for you.
