Fantastic experience: Best gym in Visalia hands down! Used to come here as a kid and I'm glad to see the standards haven't changed! Great atmosphere, great equipment, great people. Has an old school feel and the members have always made me feel welcome. Come to Valleys Gym to sweat and discipline your body, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Omg where to begin! This gym is a lifters paradise! I mean come on.. you can’t find any of the pieces of equipment that are in here, anywhere else in Tulare county. The gym owner is just awesome! I wish I was him! The trainers are like Greek gods! My gosh. And oh so nice. Come in, lift heavy, and get out.. simple. Love it!
