Fantastic experience: I love this gym because it takes me back to gyms in the 80's that u went in to get ur workout and left right after. No socializing for the most part just hitting iron and sweating to ur hearts content!

Fantastic experience: Had a great workout my first time in there was today they have a huge availability to heavy weights as well as equipment i usually go to athletix but for some reason they close from 1230 to 230 which was a hugr inconvenience for me considering the fact that i pay 35 dollara a month there and drive all thr way from Wasco to workout. Grand slam was badass 5 bucks for the day pass and i got a great workout in.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym in KC . Heavy weights and cross fit . Pay by the day or get a membership, either way you can't go wrong. This isn't your typical gym, it's a hardcore club.
