Fantastic experience: Crossfit Mayhem was incredible. Great facilities and great people. Saturday was open gym so I have to come back for a crossfit class and Train With Rich. Definitely worth the trip to Cookeville!

Fantastic experience: Just passing through and wanted to check it out. Bought a few souvenirs, but man wish I could have had some time to train. Youtube doesn't do this place justice. The staff and members were super friendly and inviting.

Fantastic experience: What a great place! My wife, kiddos and decided to travel to Mayhem on our way to Atlanta. I have always enjoyed watching Rich and his crew at Mayhem. He was one of the first people I was introduced to when I started CrossFit a couple years ago. Upon arrival we checked out the coffee shop, then the store front, and then went up stairs to watch folks workout a bit. It was fun. As we were walking out to our car, a truck was slowly backing up, he waved and then I waved. It kept backing up to us, it was Rich! He got out and shook our hands, introduced himself, and asked if we wanted a picture. He was gracious, kind and generous to us as strangers, a stand up guy! If your in the area and looking for fitness go to CrossFit Mayhem! If your just interested in seeing what's going on, go check it out.

Fantastic experience: Driving through town and made a pit stop for some swag. What a great place, never mind all of the equipment they had, it’s the staff I was impressed by. All where very nice and didn’t mind us taking a couple of photos. 12/22 6pm.

Fantastic experience: The gym was everything I thought it would be and more. There is plenty of space yet it is well utilized. The bathrooms were kept clean and well stocked. The equipment is well maintained and updated. The coaches and members are friendly and helpful. The community is diverse with varying skill levels and age groups. The attached coffee shop was an added benefit! I am grateful I was able to finally visit!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Fantastic experience! Laura and Margie were just amazing, and so was Amanda. We drove almost 4 hours to get a hat, and ended up grabbing a few hats, a shirt, shaker bottles, stickers, and some bison jerky. This place is great, and the people are even greater. Blessings!

Fantastic experience: Stopped in for coffee at the Buffalo Brew Coffee House. Amazing staff. Amazing service. Amazing coffee. The freaking popcorn is to die for ... slap your mama kind of good. The Box is obviously incredible. Looking forward to working out there this week.

Fantastic experience: Awesome, mind-blowing facility. If you're a CrossFitter you absolutely have to drop in. If CrossFit had a "Graceland" so to speak, CrossFit Mayhem would be it. State of the art box with all the top equipment. Oh and more than likely you're gonna drop by and see Fraser, Froning, Tia Clair or Rich or all 4. If you're in Cookeville and you don't stop in and you're a crossfitter you should re evaluate your life and your love for CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience! Unfortunately due to Covid 19 we were unable to do a drop in class during our planned family vacation to Gatlinburg (fans from Delaware) We took the chance to visit for pictures at least outside the complex We were very excited to be able to make purchases from the store and take some pictures inside I have to say the "the tie dye girl" (she informed us of her nickname since we were trying to purchase the shirt she was wearing)was very personable and went out of her way to make this a good time!

Fantastic experience: What a great facility and experience! Top notch coaches and nice people! There's even a shop to buy Mayhem t-shirts, socks, hats, and other items. Cookeville is a beautiful little town that any fitness enthusiast should visit.

Fantastic experience: Huge!!!! Clean even the locker rooms were spotless, Darren was fantastic offering scaled options. This is a must for any crossfitter beginner or expert. Didn't get to meet Rich , i will be back for sure

Fantastic experience: Where can I start. Well i kind of #geekedout a bit once I entered the front doors. I felt very Welcomed. I got to workout with some really cool peeps and coached by some top level competitors!! I had a 1:1 Conversation with a Young Man who is a coach there. He was very Humble and Our Discussion got pretty in depth. I'll keep the Prayers going and You Keep Up the Hard Work!! Great Place and I'd Love to go back and get a full week of workouts in!!

This box is so iconic, from their amazingly talented athletes to their highly educated coaches and awesome apparel. I already want to go back. Seriously, the floor was clean enough you could’ve eaten off of it. Everything was in place and organized. Coach Angelo was nothing shy of awesome and provided a great wod for us! Mayhem, I will see you again!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I drove 2 hours to get here, because why not! Like the other reviews, the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Our coach was very articulate and provided many scaling options. Gym was super clean and well organized. What a treat!
