Fantastic experience: This gym is nice and clean with great equipment and amazing staff members. I'm currently participating in a fitness group but also come on my free time outside of classes and plan on keeping my membership.

Fantastic experience: If clean space was a person, Fitness1400 at Milstead would be that person. I went in for my "free trial". Front desk was welcoming. I like the 24hrs option, all the full-body workout equipment you need. Mostly mature gymers*. I like that alot. Young males are gonna hit the weight area as they often do. I'm looking forward to a long term relationship here. Highly recommend you check Fitness1400 out.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym! They have great equipment, lots of machines to choose from and the fitness classes are so much fun! The instructors are awesome here as well!

Fantastic experience: Love how I don't have to fight traffic on 138 to go workout. Its 3 minutes from my house no traffic! Super clean. Never too crowded and easy to get in to 24/7. Its also right next door to my kids' learning Center.
