Fantastic experience: From the second I first texted with Victoria to my weekly training sessions with Bri, my experience has been nothing short of positive and empowering. All are welcomed and individual overall heath needs are considered to develop a personalized nutrition and strength program. Both fitness professionals are truly knowledgeable and apply it to support and challenge you to meet your goals without judgement. Fantastic experience: Bri and Victoria are the best ever. They know their stuff. They are the epitome of professional yet very personable. They know when enough is enough and know when you’ve got that one little lift left in you! I never thought I would enjoy working out - I look forward to my sessions with Bri. Fantastic experience: I just started exactly a month ago with Bri. This really is the first time in 19 years, since I had my last child, that I have been able to commit and have self control over my diet and exercise. Bri is patient with me, even when I tell her I don't like the sliders LOL She does push me beyond my comfort zone, but that is exactly what I need.

Fantastic experience: We really have enjoyed our workouts with Victoria at Strong selves. She’s extremely knowledgeable about fitness training and passes along that info as we are training throughout the sessions. She has a great demeanor in the gym and can work with anyone especially in regards to beginners, experts & even those who have injuries. The equipment is in great shape and space is private and comfortable. My husband and I enjoy working out at the gym.

Fantastic experience: I met Victoria a little over a year ago. I found her online and went to 1 session. I was not in the right mindset at that time and I “gave up”. Victoria stayed in touch and never gave up on me. This past October I made a decision to try it again and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Victoria is really great at meeting you right where you are in your journey. Over the past 4 months I can honestly say I could have worked a little harder outside of the studio and I would probably be further along. BUT I am only human and Victoria helps me to remember that. I started out with no clue how to eat healthy or how to properly exercise for fat loss. With that said, I still lost 11lbs and 6 inches off my waist! Now I have the education and the motivation to go all in! I’m so excited to continue working with Victoria and I would recommend her to anyone serious about living a mental and physical healthy life. I can’t wait to share my future results! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Finally a place that you can surround yourself with wonderful women! Victoria is such a wonderful trainer! She builds you up with pure confidence! Not only with working out but with my daily life! Especially having the knowledge she gave me when it comes to healthy eating! Not only do I feel great on the outside, but in the inside I feel beautiful to know that I am treating my body well and with care! I just love how Victoria pays attention to such detail when it comes to my form and if I have any trouble areas. I feel stronger everyday! Working out is such a joy here! Fantastic experience: Bri at Strongselves is an absolute treasure! So glad I took the plunge and let her train me. I'd been working out on my own for some time, following routines put out by internet fitness gurus, and ended up hurting myself. I came to Bri with limiting back pain and I was worried I wouldn't be able to exercise at an effective capacity. She taught me how to work in a way that was safe, supportive, specific to my unique needs, and still gave me a killer burn at the end of each session. I've worked with a few trainers before and my experiences lead me to count them as pretty useless. Not so with Bri. She knows her stuff and handles difficult situations with ease. She fully invested in me and my goals and she trains in a way that is firm but intelligent and thoughtful. Highly recommend her for whatever your fitness goals may be. Fantastic experience: This lady is more than a trainer she is a life coach. Victoria came into our life and changed our way of thinking about healthy life style. She started working with Caroline 11 year old Gymnast. She battled Kidney Stones and lost a month in the gym. Victoria had her back in shape in less than a couple of sessions and motivated both her and I to change our way of thinking. I am not one to work out and now love it. Fantastic experience: Victoria is the only person that I’ve committed to for the past three months and I still look forward to working with her each week. She can be tough at times, but at the same time compassionate and understanding. She does a mix of intense workouts and the end result is fabulous! Victoria worked with me by starting slow, and gradually worked up towards my long term goals. I’ve lost 3 lbs within a week by following her diet workout. Fantastic experience: I feel so lucky to have the chance to start my fitness journey with Bri at Strongselves. More important than anything, she listens to what you want to accomplish and creates your workouts according to your specific goals, rather than applying the same general workout structures to everyone. When I first started to train with her I told her correct form and information is very significant for me and she always informed me about these while working out so I felt like knowing what I was doing for what purpose. Bri is very friendly and positive person who always makes you feel good without sugarcoating things. Victoria as well, makes you feel very welcome and shares her information with you all the time. The place is very clean, I’ve worked out as two people max, so that’s great for those of you who have gym anxiety. Leo (Victoria’s sweet goldendoodle ) cheered me up a lot, dopamine coming from playing with him plus a good workout made me leave the studio happy and fulfilled every single time. I learned a lot from Bri in terms of nutrition and weightlifting and I’ll be forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: Victoria has taken my beat up, low self esteem, feeling not good about how I look persona and thrown it out the window. She has not only taught me the correct way to exercise and a better way for nutrition but she has mentally helped me feel great about myself with her kind motivational words and guidance. Even though the workouts are tough I look forward to them every day I go and they are never the same boring exercises. She makes sure every rep I do is done correctly. Fantastic experience: Victoria is a wonderful trainer! I have been going to her for 3 months. I was completely out of shape when I began. I started with 2 months of personal training where she focused on teaching me the right way to do exercises, helping me with my diet/nutrition and getting me prepared for small group classes. That was definitely the way to start. This past month doing small group classes has been so much fun and motivating and I have surprised myself with what I have accomplished. I have gotten so much stronger since starting and I have lost over 20 pounds! Victoria is so sweet and she knows her stuff. I look forward to her classes and I feel so much better! I definitely reccomend her to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Viktoriia is fantastic! In the first month working one on one with her, I could just feel a difference in my energy, my attitude, my stamina! I can walk up our three flights of stairs at our apartment now without gasping for breath every few steps. She pushes me and challenges me but also listens and adjusts when I start to feel a pain or discomfort somewhere. Not only does she know what she's doing, she is also a very enjoyable person to work with and is genuinely interested in the success of her clients! I'm a mom of 2 and have had c sections for both and this has been exactly what I needed to gain my confidence and strength back after childbirth. I could not be more grateful for Viktoriia!

Fantastic experience: I’ll try not to write a book but I absolutely LOVE Victoria. When I first had the idea of getting a personal trainer I immediately thought of getting a male because that’s what I see so much of but after training with Victoria I am so happy I went with her. Not only is she super responsive, thorough, and a wealth of knowledge she is super attentive and knows just the way to push me to empty my tank! She cares about my personal fitness goals and takes the time to gear workouts towards those goals. She’s even helped me get my eating on a good track. She is absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: Victoria provides an experience unlike any others that I’ve found from personal trainers. She offers great workouts, constantly changing them and making sure to keep your body guessing and not get complacent. She monitors progress closely, changing macros and supplements as needed to see the correct changes in results. She uses measurements and progress pictures to make sure you are on the right track and most important, she is a positive motivator. She gets genuinely excited to see your results on measurement day. She pumps you up when you are feeling down and she pushes you to failure always (while making sure she is protecting your body). I’ve always found it hard to workout consistently because of knee pain and she is able to not only provide a challenging workout that doesn’t affect the knee but she can also help me correct the knee pain! If you are thinking of getting a personal trainer who isn’t just a trainer, but PERSONAL, choose Victoria. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been fighting an autoimmune disorder for almost 10 years and unfortunately one of the standard treatments always seems to involve steroids. So my body has seen a 60# weight swing up, then down once I stopped the prednisone. Unfortunately when I experienced the weight loss I also loss my strength to do mundane tasks that a normal person takes for granted like carrying a full clothes basket up and down the stairs, or simply carrying a gallon of milk to the car. My life was stressful and I was determined to get my strength back and started walking and using a Total Gym religiously. I saw some improvement but after 6 months I wasn’t happy with the results after being so diligent. I decided I couldn’t do it on my own, so I got on the internet and started searching for a personal trainer. I’m a 61 year old female, 5’2” that weighs 100# with a BMI of 35% and wasn’t interested in a boot camp atmosphere, a trainer that touted nothing but weight loss, one that actively pushes supplements, or one that displays all their personal body building awards. I was looking for someone who was qualified and would take the time to create a workout for my individual needs , give me the support that I needed and one that I wouldn’t dread to go see when I had workout scheduled. After 2 days of searching, perusing websites, and reading reviews I discovered Viktoriia of Strongselves. After watching some of her non-photo shopped Youtube videos which made me smile, I just knew that Viktoriaa enjoyed her work and knew what she was doing. I was pleasantly surprised that at our consultation how she took the time to listen about my medical past, my goals and my major concerns about not being able to handle it. I decided right then and there that I had found my trainer. I’ve trained with her 8 times now. The negative things I’ve experienced since starting to train include: soreness in muscles that I never knew existed, need of several naps a day, the fact it’s freezing when you enter the gym, that a BUSA ball is a acronym for some nasty 4 letter word that I haven’t figured out yet, and how easily you can learn to cuss like a sailor. The positives I’ve experienced with the help of Viktoriia is a better diet, that those sore muscles can now do more reps or pick up more weight, naps are a good thing, Thanking god that the gym is 50 degrees because I’m wearing shorts and a t-shirt and sweating like a pig , that lifting weights on while standing on a BUSA ball is possible without the need for my mother to wash out my mouth with soap. I’ve learned that Viktoriia truly cares about how I’m feeling, before, doing, and after each exercise. She explains and encourages me when I need it, she compliments me when I deserve it and listens to me when I have questions and concerns. For the first time in 10 years I feel like I’m getting my health and life back on track. I feel the difference; I can see subtle differences in my thighs and arms and when people come up and tell you how good you look, that’s all the motivation anyone needs. It hasn’t been easy by any means of the imagination. Rainy, windy, and 40 degrees in Myrtle Beach isn’t what you call a motivating factor when you have to leave your warm cozy bed and drive 40 minutes to go workout. But I’ve made a commitment, mentally, financially, and physically to get in the best shape possible and couldn’t ask for a better teacher/mentor/friend, in this journey than Viktoriia of Strongselves.

Fantastic experience: I came down to the beach this year and never want to skip my workouts, so I found Victoria on Thumbtack and the workout was GREAT!! I was sore for 3 days!! We did a high intensity training and Victoria was really good at watching my form, which made a huge difference during my workouts. I usually cannot feel my abs due to my two kidney transplants I have had, but after the workout with Victoria I for sure felt them and my butt . If I lived down by the beach I would for sure higher Victoria as my permanent trainer.

Fantastic experience: I love working out with Victoria! She is truly an amazing person. She makes me feel so comfortable and confident in the gym. This is going to sound a little dramatic, but when I’m working out with her in the gym, I feel like it’s just Victoria and I there. And I have never felt like this in the gym. I used to work out by myself and all I could think and see was the people around me. Thanks to Victoria, I’m only focused on myself now. She is also super detailed. I love her for this because I have a, “let’s get it over with” mentality and she has influenced me to change my ways of thinking for the better. She is 100% focused on your position and how you perform the exercises from start to finish.She also pays a lot of attention to how you are feeling. She can accurately predict how much your body can take. This is super important for me because I’m super shy and I cannot tell them that I cannot do it anymore. Also, her exercise change every time. She doesn’t stick to the same old boring exercises. That’s her as a trainer. As a person, she is so humble and down to earth. She has a great sense of humor. She is super informative and nice. She loves sharing what she learns. Most importantly, she is so passionate about her job and she will do everything she can to help you succeed. I recommend 100%.

Fantastic experience: I love working out with Victoria! I have a hip injury that caused me to stop my normal workouts and I started to put on weight. I would try to workout on my own but then after a couple days I was having trouble walking. Victoria did research on my condition to figure out the best exercises for me. She has helped me find great ways to workout again and I can walk good afterwards!! I’m getting stronger and have started to lose some weight and inches! She makes the workouts fun and I like never knowing what she has planned for the session. She is good at engaging in conversations which make the challenging exercises go by faster. Fantastic experience: If you need a result, then you definitely should contact her !!! I didn’t contact her because I just wanted to lose weight. My goal was and is to live a healthy life full of positive energy. I’ve been looking for a person who can guide me in my lifestyle change and she’s awesome at that. From the very first moment we’ve met, I could tell right away that she’s a professional in what she’s doing. She explained everything very clear, also gave a guidance in nutrition, how to fight cellulite and life changing affirmations. Her workouts are diverse, effective and every time I have a question she’s always there helping me. I’ve been working out with her for a month now and yes I can tell that it is worth it. I lost so far 6.61 pounds and I see in the mirror how my body is changing. Yes, somebody may say that’s not a lot, but I do become stronger, more resistent and I make healthier choices when it comes to nutrition. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this lady! She is always on the top of new exercises and diet plans. Fantastic experience: Victoria is the best trainer for me! I got a lot of useful information from her. About healthy food, how I need to prepare meal, about workout, yoga, what I need to do for sleep good. And plus she give me information about how I need to breathe, about time-management. Even she give me some advice about what I need to do at my work, so I not gonna fell neck pain. I think she knows everything! Such a smart girl! Fantastic experience: Oh where to begin... Victoria stood out to me among other Trainers due to her extremely deep understanding of how the body works mentally & physically. Her Instagram posts gave so much insight on how to be healthy in this day and age with setting goals at first and showing how to achieve those goals with great form, determination, and discipline. She is the cornerstone to my productivity and positive outlook for my days throughout the week. I workout with her 4 times a week and sometimes I still think I want more. (Starting from just 3 days a week) She will push you and it'll be tough at first but the continuity and progression (especially with my flexibility) have immensely expanded my focus into my weekly habit that helps with my passion for uni-cycling.

Fantastic experience: When I first decided to hire a personal trainer I was not sure what to expect or if I would like it. After working with Victoria I am so happy I did! I wish I started working with her sooner. She is amazing! She really knows how to keep you motivated and the workouts go by so much faster. I can already see a difference. Fantastic experience: Victoria is the best! I enjoy my workouts with her cause she brings creativity in every lesson so it’s never boring. ️‍♀️⛹️‍♀️My goal was to lose weight. I’ve been training for almost 6 months now and already lost 15 lb, but not only Victoria helped me with my weight losing goal, she encourages me with healthy lifestyle, diets and motivation to work on myself‍♀️, also among our exercises we do a lot of self improving practices and I can say they work for 100% Your arms, legs, butts, abs, everything is going to BURN BURN BURN...but it’s so worth it I highly recommend Victoria

Fantastic experience: Victoria is the most commited and experienced personal trainer. She is knowledgeable about workouts and meal plans. She focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and different ( I was never bored). Importantly, She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
