Fantastic experience: I’ve been with NXT LVL FIT since the day Coach Stanley opened his doors. I’ve gotten stronger, leaner, and way more confident than I ever thought I could be. I moved 6 months ago to Florida and they now train me remotely. There’s literally nothing the coaches at this gym won’t do for you. Need a nutrition pep talk? They want to know what time you can talk. Form check? Send them a video of your lift and they’ll break it down for you. Confidence boost? They’re on it. Equipment recommendation? They’ll send what they use, tell you why, and give you other options as well. They’re are incredibly smart, talented, committed coaches who pour 100% of their heart and soul into their players, lifters, trainees.. everyone. Nobody is too beginner or too advanced for them, every client gets the same effort from every coach. Oh, and the OWNER, Coach Stanley, is on the floor EVERYDAY writing programs for us, helping with form, and even participating in the cardio classes. All of the coaches show up to their clients’ athletic events, too! Coach Stanley takes several lifters to competitions and is by their side all the time. The clients are amazing people, I’ve found some really good friends here. This gym made me a new person, and you will absolutely not regret joining and being a part of the family here!!!

Fantastic experience: I have never experienced a gym like this. Everything can be tailored either to your fitness level or your goals. The flexibility and the range of people, from complete novice to competitive lifters, is truly amazing! You won't find another place like this along the Grand Strand. The programs cover all the bases, not just workouts. They track your progression with regular weigh-ins and measurements, plus give nutrition advice to help you reach your goals.

Fantastic experience: I had a baby about a year ago and then the pandemic hit making it hard to get back in the gym. One year later and I decided to go back to my original gym, but the atmosphere had changed. I tried another big gym, but didn’t feel the atmosphere there either. Quite contrary, I felt forced to sign up and called all day. Then I met Santuan. This gym feels like home. There’s no judgment, there’s patience, and there’s genuine accountability that your success is their success. That’s the way it should be. Especially those who have been out for so long. They get scared to make that first day, but Santuan and his staff make it easy without making you feel like just another person. They even offer access to meal preps to ensure your diet is right. Added Convenience for a working mom!! A plus plus

Fantastic experience: I've always had issues when it came to exercising and having the motivation to continue to work out. Upon joining the gym all the trainers and even the other gym members made me feel welcomed and gave me a warm and friendly work out environment. It's nice to finally have a place that not only encourages you but also pushes you to be the best you can be!!

I get my program from Lester Nicholas for basketball and I've seen results since doing the program starting in April. The other trainers like Santuan I ask for help if I can't get in contact with Lester. I recommend this gym to anybody in Myrtle Beach or anybody outside of the city!
