X Gym Sports Mall

Fantastic experience: The X Gym is a great facility with incredible pricing. I tried other gyms in the Myrtle Beach area and none of them had all the sport fields and fitness classes that the X Gym offers. The $25 a month price can't be beat in this area. They have helped me reach and achieve my fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The gym is a TRUE gym where you can be yourself and not worry about some alarm going off if you actually pick up heavy weight. Everyone there is like a family who motivate and push you to get better. Doing the BootCamp or weight classes they offer (for no extra cost!) are great ways to get in shape and have a group that will hold you accountable, which is what I need. Great staff, great instructors & great members!

Fantastic experience: Best place to work out! friendly stuff, have different classes to attend, full gym, and all sports to play all included in membership. Not over crowded, have aerobics room for self build up work outs and an awesome area outside for boot camp fitness. You can get a different work out every time you visit! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Love the layout. Great place to train. Equipment is awesome. Mix or new and old equipment. The good stuff. Classic leg press and hack squat machine . Plenty of racks to squat . There is nothing I can say bad about it. You can get a haircut , massage , chiropractic therapy, play basketball, soccer, and eat food. Hell you can have your kids birthday party there . It is for the person who wants to grind and work...but it is also family oriented.

Positive experience: Besides the gym there are some really cool business such as the best nail place in MB, chiropractic, massage, etc. The sports arena always has an ongoing game of basket/volleyball where good sportsmanship and good comradrie seem to be the only requirement. The ambience of the facility is very holistic

Mar fills the shop with made fresh Bath & Body products, a Wish pick up location, fun-on-hand gifts @ great prices like jewelry & accessories- everything I love! Plus, Lupita does brow threading! And the DIY classes are a blast! And I can grab a smoothie @ the Smoothie spot!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym!!! Theres plenty of well maintained clean quipment. There are plenty 9f cleaning station to a sanatize the equipment. The building is a huge open warehouse with giant fans always circulating the sir. The owners and staff are very friendly and always great every member bu name. They are always here maintaining a quality experience for everyone. The price is very reasonable and includes classes. I feel like this gym has s something to offer to all. It's more like a community then a business. Come Join us!

Fantastic experience: I love this place, and I love what they're doing on multiple levels. A one stop location for sports and fitness of all types at a very affordable price. Repurposing an empty industrial space to provide a place for the local community to gather to do something other than drink. Some of the construction shows that it was done on a budget, but you'll never get so much for so little someplace like LA Fitness. I was there entirely for the free weights, and was pleased to see quality brands of equipment, like the Rogue Fitness squat rack and power rack. It's true that their plates are kind of a mismatched hodgepodge, but 45 pounds is 45 pounds, and it all lifts the same. I do have to say, the members need to do a better job of putting their plates away when they finish an exercise. But outside of those minor quibbles I loved everything about this place

Fantastic experience: Great gym and great family owned business. You could not ask for more unassuming people in Jim and Nipa (owners). They'll call you by your first name, look you in the eye and will make you feel right at home. As far as the guy who made the "no air conditioning" comment (gym has multiple, huge propeller fans that work great).......good riddance. I wouldn't want your money either. It's a gym....you should embrace sweating.

Fantastic experience: Great place. I love that it has so much equipment, and it is so clean. The best part is the high ceilings and open areas, so i don't feel like i am in a sweaty smelly gym. I like that I can kick a soccer ball around after my workout. The owners make sure its run classy. They use not chemical cleaning supplies which is fine. They don't allow guys to harass girls and people respect people here. i watched them ask a guy put his shirt on and when he refused they simply gave him back his money. Very smooth.

Fantastic experience: The perfect gym if you're a beginner or advanced athlete. They have the largest selection of free weights and machines of any gym in Myrtle Beach not to mention all the indoor sports available. Love the gym and the people!

Fantastic experience: What a great place. There is so much to see and do here for active people. There are dance classes of all types, regular gym equipment, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and more. There is a kids play area with lots of fun things. There are several small shops of all types to attract people and support their goals. You're bound to find something to keep you engaged and moving!

Fantastic experience: Sherri is awesome. I did not know I would appreciate and be able to do yoga. Loved it. My wife did too. We liked how Sherri gave options for beginners to Advanced in many of the different poses. The shavasana (if that's how to say it) was outstanding with refreshing eucalyptus cold clothes at the end.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to the xgym for almost 2 years now and is easily the most inclusive gym in horry county. I train 5-6 days a week and They treat me like family instead of $$ every time I come in. They also offer so much for such a reasonable price and no annual fees or start up fees. Cancel your big box gym membership and go local!

Fantastic experience: The X gym is such a great facility to be apart of! There are so many businesses inside to accommodate any of your interests or needs! The owners are very friendly and willing to help out if you have any questions! If you don’t wanna commit to a long membership they even have day and month passes! Also, they keep it very tidy. Along with the gym, I like to go to CKO kickboxing for an amazing workout and leave feeling great. Also on my way out I love to get one of the smoothies at the Smoothie Spot to feel refreshed! So good! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Hands down BEST gym in Myrtle Beach! They have everything I need (free weights, plenty of benches, cables, machines, basketball court, etc.) and more (classes, soccer, bday parties) for such an affordable price. And it's big enough to where I'm never waiting for a bench—which is huge for me! Plus the owners are awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this gym. The only downside is that it's far from my house—I have to pass like 3-4 gyms on the way... yet I still choose to go here! If you're new to Myrtle Beach or are looking for a new gym, you have to try this place out.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! There is a great amount of equipment, and I've never had any issues with them not working. Went to do my workout today, and afterward got to kick a soccer ball around on the field they have! The bathrooms are very clean as well. Overall, this place is very homey and comfortable. Sure, there isn't any AC, but what do we go to the gym to do?! SWEAT!

Fantastic experience: I LOVEEEEEE THIS PLACE!!!!! I came from out of town to visit a buddy and decided to go with a week long membership. It was cheap! Around 20 bucks actually. But to my surprise this gym has everything I could ever ask for. Sports classes for just about everything you can imagine, tanning beds(eye candy) , and even Zumba fitness classes. The cutie Stephanie, at the front entrance was awesome too! She answered all of my questions before I signed up and really made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be visiting this place again the next time I’m in town. You get so much for so little here!! Highly reccommend X Gym if you’re looking for a fit lifestyle transformation all while being taken care of like you’re family. You get an all around great experience with great staff, and great energy.

Fantastic experience: I love this place.Great staff .Melissa F. was very helpful with my diet and she answered all my questions .always positive and smiling .daycare is great option for moms .(included in gym pass).i have been member since 2012.very happy with it. Boot camp is my favorite class with Mike. When you come to x gym,you do not want to leave.It is fun for your friends and family . Highly recommend this place .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to the X Gym a handful of times and there’s always been one worker who has made my gym experience something to always strive to have. I run through my typical workout rountine, then I proceed to play soccer and basketball. The one associate who has always went above and beyond in their job tasks has been Alan. He has created a good friend in me and I would like to personally thank him and have others to strive to be like Alan. Overall, if it wasn’t for Alan I would have never came back to the X Gym and would never even think about going to the X Gym. My greatest thanks for having Alan as a associate. Sincerely, Ben

Fantastic experience: Stephanie is amazing and so nice to everyone and a great Zumba instructor also krestin at front desk is always very sweet.Tania a Zumba instructor is also amazing.I love this gym they treat you like family and I recommend there classes which are so fun. Best gym around

Fantastic experience: This place is a great deal! You pay $25 and that includes everything! You get the weight room, free weights and machines, you get all of the classes they offer ,like yoga and dance etc, that even includes your tanning! They have a really cool concept inside too. They are a sports mall. They have businesses all along the perimeter of the inside. They have several places from a chiropractor to a nail salon to a massage therapist all within the same facility. They have some other cool stuff in there too. They have those acrobatic like scarves that hang from the ceiling and people wrap around and do things with. What a workout that must be. I also understand they were putting in a pole dancing studio. They have(for an additional cost I believe...I think someone else runs this)a course like on ninja warrior out back of the facility. It is a really great concept. It is a great location and at $25 per month there isn't a better deal in town. It is not crowded at all during the day. Check this place out just to see what it is all about.

Fantastic experience: I been here many of times. This place is great to workout and have fun. They have special events,classes and much more. My best friend Stephanie works there at the front desk and does a great job helping the customers. She gets the job done and is very friendly/out going with a smile on her face. She loves seen people with a smile/ having a great time as they walk into those doors of X GYM. I recommend to go to the X Gym and to talk to Stephanie

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here. I'm from out of town and came in and spoke with one of your employees. Stephanie was her name. She was very helpful in assisting me with getting a day pass to this facility. I will definitely be purchasing a weekly pass on my next trip!!! 5 stars all day!

Fantastic experience: Great place for all around physical fitness. You have courts, you have soccer fields, tanning beds, plenty of classes you can sign up for and learn new trades like; martial arts, circus arts, wrestling, dance, and so much more, you also have a great facility to pump iron or do calisthenics if thats your style of training, but the best part is the staff Jessica Brown being just one great friendly example. Love this place and for the price you can not beat it!

Fantastic experience: I just joined the x gym about a month ago. I absolutely love ito there. Robby is a great person and has an amazing staff!! They were all very welcoming and so nice. In particular I'd like to thank Stephanie Vanegas. She does a phenomenal job. Her zumba class is so much fun and she always greets me when I pass the front desk!!! I love her energy and kind spirit! Thanks xgym for making my gym experience so much fun!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is Amazing!! The Gym offers everything you could ever need...and i mean everything! From a professional wrestling ring to Basketball courts to Dodgeball to Free weights, you will not find a place like it! There's something for EVERYONE! The staff and management is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the layout flows nicely. I would definitely recommend X Gym Sports Mall for anyone looking for a real gym with a fun atmosphere

Fantastic experience: In Myrtle Beach there are many gyms and areas where you can workout. However in comparison to the X-Gym these all fail in comparison. The X-Gym has a larger, cleaner, more up-to-date facility then anywhere else in Myrtle Beach let alone the surrounding cities. Masterful work to Robbie and his staff. Completely superior customer service and assistance with all things. 10/10 Recommend to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Robby and his staff as well as businesses involved within the X Gym always have our community's back. I lived in Myrtle for 14 yrs and he and his facility helped with countless fundraisers, various community devastations like the CF wildfire and celebrations for Birthdays , expose etc. Its not just a gym, place for community sports, small businesses , etc. It's a place people can gather that they feel at home and genuinely cared about as a customer/friend. Highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: This place has such a variety of machines. I usually struggle in other gyms because they would not have what I want. This gym has everything! Plus it’s a big place so I don’t have to be on top of other people or waiting on someone. Not even mention classes - all kinds of it! My favorite ones are Zumba, boot camp and yoga! Love the option to shoot the ball or use courts and aerobics room! Definitely wirth it!

Fantastic experience: There's something for everyone here, literally so many amenities that I can't even name them all! Definitely the only gym on the beach where I have plenty of racks, barbells, and platforms for my powerlifting, dumbbells and machines galore for my accessories, treadmills/stairs/bikes to hit some cardio, a great cafe to fuel up, and free tanning! Plus, great classes for when I need a little more motivation. AND my AWESOME weightlifting coach is here!

Fantastic experience: I love coming here to play indoor soccer with my friends and family. My membership is only $25 a month and I also get to work out in the gym area. The trainers and employees here are really helpful. So glad I joined this gym! Would definitely recommend ⚽️

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! I have been cheering here since I was 16 and the environment is just so warming and friendly. I see Ms. Stephanie welcoming smile every time I come in and she always help me with what I need help me. I would always recommend other to come out to the sports gym because of the different variety of activities to do and the food there is amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: There are many choices for Gyms and it seems they are all pretty close in price but there is a huge difference in environments. This gym is not for pretend pretty people who care more about their Under Armour labels being visible then actually working out. This Gym is for people who are serious about what they are doing and they respect one another. I do not see any women being gawked at or stared at while they are working out which makes the place a very comfortable atmosphere to loose your pounds. However, be aware that there is no air conditioning so expect to sweat a lot. They do have huge fans which help but it gets very hot

Fantastic experience: I have visited this gym a couple of times. Once for a movie shoot and the other times because terror under the bridge has been using space here for their haunted attraction. I wish I lived closer to Myrtle Beach so I could go workout there as they have a lot of different ways to get in shape. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he is a pleasure to deal with!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the XGym Sports Mall 5-6 days a week for the past year now. I've found the facility to be clean and the staff and owner friendly. I definitely appreciated when the owner showed me how he had configured the work out areas to provide privacy for women if they so desire- I know I don't want to have to worry about who's staring me down as I hit certain machines! The machines all appear to be in good repair and I see new ones appearing regularly. The XGym is making lots of updates and the appearance has changed quite a bit over the past few months. New businesses are coming in too! I love that in one place I can grab lunch, work out, get my hair or nails done, fix my back, take music lessons and so much more! There is really something to offer for everyone in the family. My kids enjoy being here as much as I do! We've also attended several birthday parties here and plan to use that service soon as well- for the price you really can't beat it and the kids have a blast! I look forward to seeing the changes coming in this facility!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Has everything and I mean everything. More weights and equipment in the gym than you can imagine. Every different type of fitness program you can think of. Indoor Basketball courts and soccer fields, baseball batting cages, the biggest indoor and outdoor obstacle course facility for Ninja Warrior and Spartan training. If you haven’t been there to see it and experience it then you’re missing out.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, I have found so many ways to exercise, it was indoor soccer, volleyball, salsa dancing classes, weights and so much more. We even bring our children to the complementary area, and its beneficial for them- they play there with other children. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great place to come workout and hang out. The trainers here are phenomenal. New machines for cardio, weight lifting, and various other training. Also- after I signed up as a member I could receive discounts from the Smoothie Cafe. Always recommend starting with pre workout and ending with a protein shake.

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely perfect gym like for me! I am a professional dancer and need to work out and practice my techniques. Im in love with their dance room and equipment for work out. Stuff is very professional and helpful. Owner always ready to help! In love with this place. they also have a lot of professional sportsmen working out here so it means a lot!

Fantastic experience: This facility is a great facility! It's got brand new equipment and high weight!!! 150 in dumbbells, squat racks, deadlifts, heavy lifting section..also the fact that sports, tanning, classes are all included. staff is friendly and knowledgable, and easy to sign up and cancel.

Fantastic experience: I was a member here for a while, cancelled because I moved and just recently came back and rejoined. The cancellation process was easy and FREE! The agreement says 30 day written notice and that's what it was so I don't see what everyone's bad review is for.. you signed it! The gym is HUGE and has every piece of equipment even a Jacobs ladder (which is my favorite). Yoga AND zumba AND tanning is included so I'm saving so much money having my tanning/gym/yoga and more class membership combined into one low payment of $25 that I can get out of at any time. And now they even have a great food place with healthy foods and smoothies for after my workout. Excellent facility all around this is genius and I am so glad I'm apart of this place. 10/10 would recommend X GYM!!!!!
