Fantastic experience: I been coming here for over six months,its a very friendly place, love the family atmosphere, and I'm very happy with my results I have gone to other gyms and I stop going because I didn't had or see any encouragement, but here you have alot of classes like Zumba, HIT and bootcamp, all instructors are very good specially Gloria and Levia

Fantastic experience: I went in to enroll today. I am looking forward to the classes. Ms. Gloria is so welcoming, kind and I'm looking forward to beginning this change to my physical life.

Fantastic experience: The classes are amazing. Its a positive environment and I love the energy from the staff. The staff is very helpful and encouraging to help meet the needs of any goal you are trying to complete. Every time I go to Global fitness I am motivated to keep pushing forward. Also there are herbal life attendants onsite. Come check it out.

The owner goes above and beyond to make sure her clients get the full service and explains and guides you in the right direction for your goals. Fantastic experience: I love the bootcamp with Rodney! He is an awesome instructor and is very motivating! He keeps the energy and his music selection is on point. He is the reason I even come to this particular gym since there is always changes in classes and prices. Which by the way is a little irritating. However, as long as Rodney is an instructor there I will continue to go and get my bootcamp on!!! Great job Rodney Brown!! Keep up the great work

Fantastic experience: Yes!!! If you are looking for a friendly place to have fun, meet new people and exercise all at the same time then this is the spot for you. If you just want to try it before you join then you can do just that. Trust me, you will not regret your decision to try this spot out. I went to the Zumba class (afternoon) and she had us all dancing (before we realized that we were exercising) and we had a BLAST!!! Her class was fun and easy (all ages) LOVED IT

Fantastic experience: Glad this gym is here, surprised more people don’t go to it on their lunch hour. It’s clean, it has free weights and machines to meet almost everyone’s needs, towel service, friendly staff, and restrooms and showers are nice. This gym is not a Lifetime, LA Fitness, or Golds gym, it has character. You won’t find any eye candy to talk to, and the only thing talking are the weights.

Fantastic experience: Neighborhood gym, no frills but all the basics. Nice staff and friendly customers. Enough equipment that there’s no waiting. Stable population of silver sneakers class attendees. Battle ropes, free weights and a punching bag are available if you’re looking for a harder manual workout off the machines.
