Fantastic experience: All Purpose Fitness is a one-of-a-kind gym. I've been a member for almost a year and a half, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I've made a great deal of progress with my health goals. The owners and coaches build relationships with each of their members, and treat you like family. They go above and beyond to ensure that you get the maximum benefits out of every workout. They adapt your workouts to your specific needs, and make the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. I look forward to working out with them every week!

Fantastic experience: I love the atmosphere here, and it helps that the workout sessions are different every time I come. Such a supportive group, and I am able to stay motivated by pacing myself alongside others with an expert leading the way! The staff is very personable as well, overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. There is a coach there named Greg Bell and he’s amazing. I have spent a lot of money with trainers at Golds and never felt like they were as attentive or knowledgeable as Mr. Bell. I learned so much just off one class and I will be going back. Gym is clean and atmosphere is great. I would recommend this place to anyone at any fitness level. There were people there of all levels. This gym does not just focus on cardio the do weight classes too.

Fantastic experience: I've really enjoyed my time at APF! The coaches walk around and make sure everyone has proper form and execution to ensure you're engaging all the right muscles! I noticed that I was getting stronger and could start to see muscle definition after just a few weeks. Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I’ve always been pretty active up until I had my second child and I lost all motivation for it. After welcoming our third, I knew I needed to start working out again. Not just for the physical aspect, but mentally as well. And it has been such a blessing. I love the coaches, Atlai and Greg. They *really* push me, teach me proper techniques, and care about me as a whole person. The workouts are always different, the music is always great and the class size is just right. You won’t regret joining this gym. I know I haven’t.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a good high intensity workout that will burn calories all day this is a great choice. I'd bn looking for yrs for a HIIT (high intensity) workout that I can say is a full body toning workout. They have it setup like circuit training stations here with 3 lanes (light, medium, advanced level). If you join the unlimited visits option then you get a complementary monitoring band, meal prep help, and progress checks. You also have certified wellness coaches to ask questions to help you accomplish your fitness goals. I'll post pics later of some workout setups. I personally have worked up to going to each of the diff workout types (workout types: burn A, burn B, and build A and build B). Fantastic experience: I started at All Purpose fitness having had a good routine started for fitness. Coaches Greg and Atali really give us good instruction and encouragement. The classes are great size to get some attention but still have the liberty to work out. I’ve enjoyed my experience!

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Amazing trainers who are expert in their knowledge and ability to create individual ability levels. It really feels like a one to one experience. As a female senior, building muscle is harder and more important to keeping mobile as we age. Love to see all ages and bodies in the class. Everyone is friendly and supportive. So glad I found it!

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym to get a great workout done! The trainers/coaches are super nice and very knowledgeable with the fitness world. They take interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give everyone tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I have been going for a year now and have seen some changes with my body, muscles, and energy levels. Fantastic experience: Such a good gym for anyone who is weary about getting back into working out. Greg is a amazing coach and will accommodate any of your personal needs! I have felt completely safe with spaced out areas and hand sanitizing stations during these uncertain times. There are also different membership types and so many different time availabilities to fit your schedule. I highly recommend joining the APFT family!

Fantastic experience: I enjoy being a part of All Purpose Fitness Training they have Myzone where you can see your own workout progress which I love ..and Zen Planner helps you schedule daily workout times at your convenience.. as well as a nutritional guide book sent to your email also Head Coach Atlai Quistian which gives good successful tips such as... Surround yourself with supportive people Get no less than 8 workouts per month (exercise is the magic drug for our brain) If fat loss is the goal, nutrition needs to be a priority (get your protein and veggies in!) Don't be so hard on yourself this is a journey Progress not perfection ..My husband and I go 3 times a week and I have noticed the difference in just 1 month... Greg is your trainer, motivator,and helps critiques all exercises he demonstrate every exercise before every workout session and gives you individual posture correction while lifting weights.. Oooh my goodness do you feel the burn after every workout!! I see myself being here for sometime due the fact that Greg has been the best trainer I have came across ..I'm very pickywhen it comes to my workouts..It's very clean and sanitized and they follows Covid-19 prevention.. sign up today you will not regret that you did⭐

Fantastic experience: I have been working out for over 30 years and have been to several different gym's. APF is the best! Excellent support, communication, workouts, and educational resources. Fantastic experience: I came into this facility while searching for a fitness solution for my wife. The initial tour with Roland really sold the facility for me. I always had this idea that group classes would be boring and not very productive for me and what I wanted to achieve. I am now 4 months in and have had a blast and have seen good results. I didn’t expect to enjoy the “visual” guide, with the heart rate band, to push me as it has. I use it as a guide to hit at least 700 calories a workout. The trainers are great. They are great exponents but are not afraid to call you out and correct you if you aren’t doing what you are supposed to be doing. I do have a back injury And they have been awesome about augmenting my workouts. I would absolutely suggest to anyone to come in, do a tour and get in a few classes to see what you think.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at APFT going on 2 yrs now. Their workout programs are one of the best & it works especially with their exercise & healthy meal plans together. The coaches have been very helpful especially they have taught me a better understanding of how to properly feed myself & eat the right nutrients to gain muscles They have multiple small classes which make it like a personal workout & at the same time give you enough motivation from other attendees. I feel very safe attending the classes as they have implemented the COVID19 safety protocols.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism I really enjoy the class. The instructor Greg is very friendly and will always have your best interest in mind when it comes to modifications. He will challenge you to increase your weights and always provides positive motivation during the workouts.

Fantastic experience: This is a great establishment to begin a disciplined fitness and nutrition routine. The six-week challenge sets a foundation establishing a routine for weekly meal preps. The personal trainer touch is a cherry on top. The camaraderie established with the fellow trainees is priceless. Many days I was too tired, unmotivated or too sore to think about working out. The though of missing out on a workout routine was the kick I needed to get me to the facility. The workouts were the motivation to get me there. Atlai, Gregg and Roland are the ultimate business tag team. I highly recommend All Purpose Fitness Training (APFT). Working out anywhere else is missing out.

Fantastic experience: I started in January and have really been enjoying my time here. All Purpose Fitness has taught me how to be consistent with working out and making it a true habit (I go 3 times a week and I feel bad if I don't make it to a class). I have lost inches and my clothes fit better. Coach Greg knows how to motivate you to be stronger and encourages you throughout each workout. Very professional staff, clean facility, good music/ambience, organized workouts. Highly recommend! Will continue going here to meet my fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism Friendliness, clean, and comfortable. The workouts are awesome! Coach Greg is great at explaining the session exercises. There's no pressure. You can workout at your own pace. Not everyone is at the same level. But you still get a great workout! Best place I found that fits my needs.

Fantastic experience: All Purpose Fitness is probably one of the best decisions I have made. The coaches are nice, professional, ensure your form is right and will push you to your best. Fantastic experience: Where to even start … I wanna say first that I love my peers my coaches the staff , they brought me in with full arms and motivation. When I first started I felt very insecure about my weight , I found myself suffering from the lack of effort I put into having a healthy life and keeping track of it , I was told that I was to big and overweight from people in my life who no longer stand by my side to this day and that I could never get it done . Since I started this healthy workout journey with All purpose fitness I’ve lost many pounds of fat in the past 3 months and have been keeping a great healthy nutrition diet. My coaches and staff Greg , Sarah , Atlai ,Roland, and Mary are my big time life savers . Ive never felt so much better about myself In years until I stepped foot into this gym. For anyone who wants to start getting back on track with your health , non stop motivation work outs , just over all feeling like your at the top of the world again , I highly highly suggest joining All purpose fitness , you won’t find any thing like this somewhere else . Fantastic experience: This was my first cross-fitness class and I LOVE IT!! I go M-W-F and every session is different, we very rarely do the same exercises, the instructor Greg is awesome and keeps us motivated and always looking out for us to make sure we are in the right position to get the most out of the workout but mostly so there is no injury. Days are alternated for Burn or Build classes, there is no jumping around which I like. I am very happy and impressed with ALL PURPOSE FITNESS!!! COME AND JOIN US ;o)

Fantastic experience: APFT is the greatest investment I’ve made toward my health and fitness - a ‘no judgement’ zone, a very supportive and motivating atmosphere, and professional coaches who genuinely care. With the resources provided and support from all the coaches, I have achieved amazing results. You can too if you’re as dedicated and consistent. They give you the tools you need to be successful, it’s up to you to use them. Coach Greg is phenomenal. He takes time to demonstrate each workout and genuinely encourages you from start to finish. He ensures your form is correct so you get the most out of your workout & avoid injury. I appreciate that majority of the workouts are low impact yet you really do get a good sweat in. It’s really what I look forward to four days out of the week. Coach Atlai and Coach Roland are always quick to respond if I have a question or concern. They keep the communication lines open and constantly check up on you via the APFT app or email. Scheduling sessions is very convenient through the ZenApp. Prior to APFT, I knew the gym but nothing more than a treadmill and zero results. At APFT, I felt right at home and welcomed since Day 1 and knew ever since that it’s where I needed to be and have no regrets. It is worth every minute and penny invested!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. The first person we talked to was Roland; he was wonderful and made us feel super comfortable. As for our trainers, Sarah and Greg, they’re fantastic!! They know what they’re doing… very personable, helps modify for your level of fitness but still challenges you, the right amount of push you need to finish a set, make the classes fun and over all a non judgment zone. Even the people around you supports every one and we get to laugh together of how tired we are. You’ll definitely come out sweating but leaving feeling great. 10/10 would recommend here!

Fantastic experience: I started with the purpose to support my daughter, however I"m enjoying the experience. Since I started my body is changing every day. I feel healthy and in shape. Coaches are very professional, always the gym is clean and I feel welcoming in each session. If you want to see changes in your body and feel healthy this is the option!

Fantastic experience: From day one Coach Atlai and Coach Greg have been working with me on modification for my meniscus tear. My fear was hurting myself and not being able to workout at all. Not only am I back at working out, my knee is stronger and I’ve also managed to lose weight just being here little over a month. I recommend this gym for any fitness level and/or age.

Fantastic experience: I’m in the first week of my 6 week challenge, and it is amazing! From the meal plan & the easy to follow grocery list, to the great workouts. Fantastic experience: I cant express how amazing this fitness program is. I am beyond pleased with joining APFT because all the coaches take their time with you, keep you motivated and on track, and are very professional. The small group setting is better than walking into a busy gym because the group is very supportive and you dont feel intimidated. The grocery lists and meal plans are so easy to follow and they all taste amazing. Ive learned so much on how to be and stay healthy and its such a rewarding feeling at the end.of the day! What I love the most is hearing coah Greg push you because he knows your potential and he doesnt let you forget that!! Ive never had that any where else. Fantastic experience: STOP LOOKING, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED YO BE. For the past few years i've struggled with looking and feeling my best. I've tried and failed many times on my own. A little over 3 weeks ago, I came across this gym. I decided to give it a try and Thank God i did. It has been by far the best decision I could have made for myself. The day of my consultation with Roland, I was blown away. Not only was he extremely professional, but the authenticity he exuded was crazy. I could tell right away that I made the right choice. The following week i began my workouts with Coach Gregg. He also exudes professionalism and passion, he makes us dig deep and work us out. If that isnt enough, the Ladies, the darn other ladies who are also there for the same reasons as me are extremely bomb. It's such a family like atmosphere, everyone is so encouraging and motivating. Can you imagine getting all of this while obtaining goals youve set forth for yourself? I couldn't either until I joined myself. They also help you with nutrition (meal plans), grocery list, group fitness, weekly workouts(w/ coach), accountability and so much more. So I say if you are looking for a place, look no further All Purpose Fitness is where you should be..

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this place. Coach Greg and Coach Atlai have been incredible throughout my journey. From meal plans, daily check ins online with my coaches, challenging fun workouts, this program is the perfect balance of motivation, accountability and inspiration. I've met some amazing ladies in my classes and we all encourage each other and keep things positive. I've lost 15 pounds and over 30 inches so far and I'm not stopping any time soon! Also,shout out to Roland who has also been very encouraging and has always been there for me when I needed advice or have had questions about the program. This place is the best!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Amazing group training program with trainers that are compassionate and dedicated to get you closer to reaching your fitness goals. The classes are challenging and engaging but fun! I was also provided a simple but effective 6 week nutrition plan for the 6 week weightloss challenge. Within my first 6 weeks I lost 27lbs and 27 inches!! I definitely recommend All Purpose Fitness Training to anyone seeking to step up and improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers who provide the perfect mix of guidance, support and accountability!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined and have been going for almost 2 months. I feel that the trainers here are really supportive. The fellow members have been encouraging and supportive of one another. I'm currently a part of their 6 week challenge, and so far, I feel SO much better about my body and I see results. I'm happy to be here, and looking forward to continuing with APFT! highly recommend, as they are great with beginners/(extremely inactive) people like me (when I first started!) Workouts are different all the time, and I leave the place feeling sore (but great)!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love APFT! Since day one, I first met with Roland and his positivity and zest for healthy living affirmed this was the program for me. I'm on my third week of working out and following the healthy, yet realistic meal plan and I feel amazing! Coaches Greg and Atlai have been awesome in providing guidance, support and encouragement at every 6am workout. I really enjoy every workout because it goes outside the mundane traditional gym routine. Each session incorporates a circuit training mix that pushes limits, with options for personalizing according to your ability. And of course being amongst other goal oriented, motivated and hard working women during workout sessions helps inspire to endure the challenges and keep sweating on! Every day I'm feeling more energetic, clothes are feeling looser and I am redefining myself into being a happier, healthier and stronger woman. Fantastic experience: APFT is the best. I have been doing one-on-one training with Atlai since April 2017 and I’ve lost over 40 pounds. APFT provides excellent workouts and nutritional advice. All of my workouts are challenging but when I walk out I feel accomplished, energized and more confident. I am definitely sore after each workout but it’s worth it. I am stronger than I have ever been, not just physically but mentally. Atlai pushes me and keeps me accountable, which has aided in my success. Since I started training with Atlai, this is the longest I have ever stayed consistent with a training routine. I have so much fun during my workouts and I don’t plan on stopping even after I reach my goal. Atlai, Roland and Greg are some of the greatest people I have ever had the privilege of meeting and working with. Ladies if you are wanting to lose weight, gain muscle and learn to live a healthier lifestyle...APFT is the place to start your journey.
