Fantastic experience: I joined after my daughter invited me to the free session, I was hesitant because I wasn’t a fan of yoga. Now I have been coming to this gym for over a month. I really like it because my daughter and I work out together. Every time we come to the gym, we like to do 2 HIIT sessions and one Isometric workout, like yoga, Pilates, etc. These workouts and the infrared saunas make us sweat a lot and make us feel very relaxed afterwards. Every visit to this place is amazing. I really enjoy working out at here because it is always clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly

Fantastic experience: I LOVE HOTWORX! I recently just started and man let me tell you, I feel AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and helpful and everything is kept so clean! Also, the workouts are so encouraging and the instructors keep you motivated to really push yourself! This Morning we did HOT BUNS, and my buns are still feeling pretty hot! This is the best membership I have ever had!

Fantastic experience: I love HOTWORX! I have been a member for about about 2 months and I am addicted to “earning the burn” The health benefits of infrared sauna are legit! It absolutely helps my arthritis pain. I feel better, sleep better and look better. The Conroe South Fork Location is the greatest!! Sarah and Christy are so nice. They will make you laugh so hard it could probably count as an ab workout Sarah could be designated Hotwork official stand up comedian! Laughter is good for the mind, body and soul and something we all need to do more Thanks Sarah and Christy y’all are the best!

I love that they have theme days/nights, decorate for holidays, and keep you motivated to come back for more! Yoga and cycling are my favorites! Down 10lbs since January and feel great!

Fantastic experience: Just tried first session (Warrior), and feel great! I’m a former heated yogi, and this was right up my alley. Yet, they also offer so many other types of sessions and I can save more time. The gym itself is clean, gear is thoughtful for a solid workout, and the saunas were spotless. The privacy a sauna allows, or even the limited class size, makes it feel like a more personal workout session. I signed up right away for the Sweat Here membership and bought the towel, mat, gloves, and backpack.

Fantastic experience: I finally found something I am loving! Working out has always been a struggle, because it wasn’t fun or not enjoyable to motivate me! HOTWORX Conroe has changed my mind for sure! They have so many options for workouts and you are able to sweat like crazy! Worth it by far! Also, love the weights they have too, muscle building is very important too!

The refreshing chill of a peppermint towel distributed by Sarah herself after my grueling heat session took my workout to the next level. You would be losing your mind if you didn’t get with the program and throw down at HOTWORX Conroe(west fork)!

Fantastic experience: I love working out here as they have a variety of classes to choose from. You can actually get a full body workout in as little as 15-30 minutes depending on which class you take. A big plus is the gym is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: This is what I call a Gym!!!!! The atmosphere is soooo welcoming! Coming in from Florida moving to Conroe we wanted to find a good gym that we could get a personalized experience at and this Hotworx delivered! So thankful for the staff as they are literally the BEST! SO FUN, SO WELCOMING but MOST of all the workouts are GREAT!!!! Two months into my weight loss journey and I’ve lost 35 pounds so far. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you give this gym a try! Happy that we took that leap of faith and gave this gym our loyalty it was the best decision we could’ve made.

Fantastic experience: HotWorx - Conroe has been an amazing experience! I joined in January when I was in a depressed state. I hadn't worked out in a few years and in that time had gained a considerable amount of weight, and had been dealing with knee and hip pain as a result. I was hesitant to try it, worried that I would overheat, but I forced myself and after just one week, my energy level increased. The infrared saunas are awesome. They help with flexibility, as well as aches and pains. And no matter how hard I workout, no matter how many squats and lunges I've done, my legs don't hurt the next day. I'm also not a huge sweater in general, but I pour sweat throughout my sessions, which makes me feel like I've accomplished more. I also really enjoy the personalization of the sessions. I am in control of what I choose to do, and there are sessions available 24/7 so it's been easy to fit in sessions. Short on time? They have 15 minute HIIT sessions. Have the time to spare? Try a 40 minute Isometric workout. Or do both, the choice is yours! I've recently started using the HotWorx app to track my workouts, and joined in on the monthly challenge. That has really boosted my commitment level even more. I'm competing with myself more than anything, but to be able to check my sessions off on my card at the front and see what others are doing adds to the motivation. Last, but certainly not least, the staff is absolutely wonderful!! Sarah and Briana work really hard to make sure the gym is absolutely spotless and sanitary, and are constantly cleaning. I have never seen a cleaner gym! And it feels wonderful to walk in to their smiling faces. They always make me feel welcomed and at home, and they happily answer all of my questions. I just adore them! I am glad I gave HotWorx - Conroe a try! I am feeling like myself again, have lost weight, and feel so good inside and out. I am in this for the long haul

Fantastic experience: This gym is exactly what you want out of a gym. Family atmosphere with an amazing general manager in Sarah and Assistant Manager Brianna. The gym is by far the cleanest and best smelling gym, which is hard to do considering you workout in a dry heat sauna!! Recommend this place to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Originally I was skeptical about the heat/infrared workout concept but now I’m completely addicted and love everything about the Conroe Hotworx! The staff is incredible: helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and constantly work to maintain the appearance & cleanliness of the facility. The workouts have actually been successful in resolving previous health issues. It WORKS!!!

Fantastic experience: i recently joined hotworx and i love working out in the saunas and really feeling like i get a good workout in. the sessions are all fast and go quick so you can do multiple workouts in a day. the staff have all been super sweet and helpful with showing you how the saunas work.

Fantastic experience: My friend Michelle dragged me out to give this place a shot. The first day was so much fun and hawt! The facility is clean and staff polite. I love how you can be in your own room with the light off I don't feel like anyone is staring. The classes are super motivating and I can't wait to see some changes! Sarah and Sophie (I hope I got that right) we're kind and made the sign up process easy.

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly and make you feel like a part of their family the moment you enter the facility. They are willing to listen to your ideas or recommendations and pass them along to the owners, both of which are also receptive. It’s a great way to detox your body, cleanse your mental health, and get in great shape for life or next summer! I have never enjoyed going to a gym, in fact, I loathed the idea of all gyms. This one though is different, when I can’t sleep at night I can go to the gym as they’re open 24/7! And yea, if we are being honest here, sadly the only reason I ever walked through their door was because of a deal I made with my son. I told him that if there was a gym within a stone’s throw from our house, I would! Low and behold, once we moved back into our home, due to it being completely rebuilt after a house fire last November. I drove to Walgreen and noticed HOTWORX a stone’s throw away from my house! I have enjoyed getting active again and after the stressful year we had feeling normal once again! But don’t trust me, give it a try for yourself! Also, take a look at the amazing health benefits that come with their 3D workouts!
