Fantastic experience: The best CrossFit gym I’ve ever joined.

Fantastic experience: I have been a part of Crossfit Enoch for three years now. Coach David is constantly working to fine-tune the programming, every day is something new and challenging. This is a place where you can fail but your community is always there to pick you right back up and cheer you on as you try again. This is more than a place to work out.. we watch children grow up, attend each other‘s weddings, celebrate the highs and support the lows. If you’re looking for a community that builds strong bodies and relationships, then I highly suggest you check out Crossfit Enoch.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Great gym. Kind of hidden off the road, and something you would totally expect of a Crossfit gym. Knowledgeable coaches, and great equipment. They have day care for most classes, and clientele is super friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this box for 4 years. The facility is clean, and plenty of equipment for all class sizes. The staff and coaches know what they’re doing and modify for all levels and push you to do your best to be successful. My kids are in CF Kids and have grown in their confidence and strength. I have made some amazing friends for life through this gym. This place is truly about family and staying healthy physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to beat the disease of obesity and become a stronger, healthier person, look no further. CrossFit Enoch has a great positive atmosphere, amazing knowledgeable coaching, and a starting point for anyone wanting to sweat. Coaches and co-owners Jason Cooper (RN) and David Weddel have extensive knowledge in bother the medical and athletic fields.

Fantastic experience: You won't find a better box! The owners are dedicated to meeting you where YOU are in your journey and helping you to get to your best version of YOU. Invest in you by letting David and Jason get you further than you thought you could. (just wanted to see how may times I could say "you" in one paragraph!)

Fantastic experience: I've been an athlete for 18 years. The programming and knowledge transfer by these coaches have taken my performance to new, higher levels than I ever imagined. I've set many Personal Bests since joining 8 months ago and at 55, I am consistently amazed by the results! Most importantly, they work hard to create a family environment for their members. Just regular people trying to be healthy. Don't have to be a pro, a competitor or an athlete to belong - just a desire to live a healthier life. Hands down, this is the most positive and encouraging group of individuals I've ever worked out with.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for place that is going to teach you technique first and build your core strength first, so you can do the technical lifts without getting hurt and get stronger the smart way which is not always the quickest way, go see Jason and David. This is not their job, this is their passion and it shows in the way they care for their member and the local community. They constantly give back and help out inside and outside the gym. Awesome group and family oriented gym owners. Crossfit has a lot of good hype and a lot of misinformation. You can get strong following any decent program but if you want to gain knowledge and be part of a solid team/family, and you live on the north side of Houston, this is the spot to check out for sure. Been a member since it opened and have no problem vouching for these dudes and this gym.

Fantastic experience: As a wife, mother of three boys, and someone who has been doing crossfit for 7 years with 5 years coaching experience this is hands down the BEST box! Jason and David are the ying and yang of Enoch; both coaches know their stuff and are amazing in their own ways. This box and the people that fill it are wonderful.
